Had to return a faulty laptop, met Zarif Ahmed, Lachlan Saunders and James Turner who provided the most exceptional service I've ever received. They were super friendly, extremely helpful and made the whole return / exchange process flawless. These gentlemen deserve a mention (and hopefully a bonus!). Would 100% recommend visiting this store for any computer issues.

Came into this Harvey Norman to purchase a clipper, spoke to Louisa who was smiling and assisting to the best of her ability and going above and beyond to make a sale. I asked a lot of questions and she answered all of them to a point where everything is understandable. The demonstration provided to see how the clippers worked were amazing. IF anything need to be purchased it’s would be by Louisa.

Great experience shopping in store, Luisa went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. After an attempt to sort things out online, it was such a relief to come in store and have someone solve all my problems!

I took my computer in for repairs,it was out of warranty by 2 months,they found out it was a fault with the computer and repaired it for free. Lachlan kept me informed through out the hole process.

I received an INCREDIBLE service at Broadway. I initially called them up on Friday with I unique situation that required the exchange of a gift.

I spoke to Alex first who was super accommodating. Explaining the situation and the next step forward. He’s a great guy if you want a chat too!

I then spoke to Sam who was all over the situation giving me a lot of confidence. I was asked to come I. To sort out the exchange.

When I got in Zac was a legend too despite being new to the situation, he made the process easy and was really friendly about!

Sunday of a public holiday weekend, in lockdown, I decided I HAD to have a mini carpet shampooer because puppy messes were ruining my sanity. I ordered at 3.40pm and within 10 mins I had confirmation that it was ready. I notified them by a single button that I was on my way, and again when I arrived. And then it was delivered to my boot immediately, in a completely covid safe manner. I was home and playing with my new cleaning toy by 4.30pm. Less than a one hour turn around on a Sunday afternoon....super, super satisfied!

I bought a Panasonic digital alarm clock for my bedroom, not exactly easy technology to find nowadays. The two women in their mid-20s were helpful, friendly and happy to work within a budget. This store is always great.
