I ordered Dr Dough Donuts for my wedding and they were fantastic! The company offered custom donuts and they were exactly what I ordered. Delivery was seamless and the staff I communicated with were professional and helpful. They were also a massive hit on the day and even though they were big in size, they didn’t leave you feeling heavy afterwards. Everyone loved them! Thanks again for contributing so easily to my day.

When all stores were closed between Christmas and New Year, Dr Donuts came through to save an important birthday celebration. Though this choice initially came through necessity, I must say I was VERY impressed with the service, efficiency, price point, presentation and most importantly, the taste. These donuts are the bomb. I'll be back to order more. Do yourself a favour and get some - Now!

Wow!!! I can't recommend Dr. Dough enough, they went above and beyond for me, to get a last-minute birthday gift to my brother today - it is awesome that they offer same day delivery! Their customer service is just outstanding - massive thank you and shout out to Carly who made sure my brother's delivery was nut free as he is allergic and thank you to her for her kind and speedy email replies. The courier service was also super fast and my brother had his gift within 40 mins of ordering it!
Their website is fantastic, and super easy to navigate, with many options to choose from. I will definitely order from Dr. Dough again! What a great experience.

Delicious doughnuts and great service!

I recently ordered a birthday box of doughnuts from here. The process was really simple to do online, it was very easy to follow the delivery on the day, and the doughnuts themselves were great. There were a good mix of different flavours and the doughnuts tasted fresh. The presentation looked just like the photos online.

They are fast, responsive and always deliver on time. The presentation of the goodies are so great! I knew the Donuts where goooood... recently I experienced purchasing through their website to send some delicious donuts to someone. The website is awesome, super easy to nagivate and with many options to choose from. For me, what makes it a 5 start experience (I would totally give it a 6, 8 or 10 star if I could) is the reply I got from the Dr Dough team... they actually read my notes, emailed me to offer to print something and add it to my order to make it extra awesome. This is next level customer service! The donuts are really really good and you don't make friends with salad.

Really done well for my hubby’s birthday! It’s almost near demolished! So yummy! Beautifully crafted! It came early even!! Delivery was a 10/10! You guys have no idea how let down in the past we have experienced with other cake shop deliveries for our birthdays! 😢 First time this was earlier than expected! 🥹 AND it works out so well because you’d want to go and leave the house and celebrate with loved ones and you don’t want to rush back in time for a delivery and they never come on the timeframe they say they would!!! 😫😤 which was really frustrating for us!
