Simple and super tasty food, quick and kind service, decent prices - couldn't ask for more. We tried the Beef Pho as well as the Fried Chicken with soup, both were really fresh and tasty.

One of the best Vietnamese places around. Friendly service and honest and helpful advice from staff. You must try a bit of everything as the variety is extensive. All delicious of course..

The 'Mum' of the Mum's table makes this restaurant great. She makes you feel welcome. The food is so fresh and delicious. I was so pleasantly surprised and would definatly come again. Well done.

Pretty good food! I had the crispy pork rice. Too bad I was rushing for time or else I'd savour the soup slowly! I imagine their Pho would be amazing! Hope to come back to Sydney to try their Pho in the future!

I had no#9 from menu (classic beef pho) and it was very nice.

I'm from Vancouver and we have an established Vietnamese cuisine culture, so this was kind of a test. 😋 the portion was slightly too small for my preferences was I am biased based on my previous experiences. But the quality was really good.

This is a nice place (decor wise), the lighting is dim (which is excellent), the food is tasty, and has nice staff.

Delicious Bun Cha and Banh Mis during lunch!

Mum's really blew my hair back! Literally the best Pho soup I've ever had. Cheap $ very fresh premium quality ingredients. Large dining room. Excellent service. Mum's is a hidden gem in Surry Hills.

the food is very nice and high quality ingredients are obviously used. A few of the dishes were definitely Vietnamese, however, most of the menu does not reflect Vietnamese food or style. Personally I would return to Xage but I would not refer to it as Vietnamese restaurant. If you want Vietnamese cuisine there a better options

We have been going to Vietnam for 15 years and have been quietly disappointed with so many Vietnamese restaurants which claim to be authentic. But really the variety of dishes was so great, the service was lovely and the quality of the food was exceptional. The tastes were unique and delicious 😋

I have Pho everywhere in Sydney but this place is one of the best. The taste is very similar to what I had in Saigon. If you work in Strawberry hill , you must come here and try out.

Vietnamese food is great here. Got some sort of crispy pork sandwich. The venue lack of style but is comfortable. Sandwich was 9.5 for a standard size, so all in all it is reasonable.

I'm very picky about the quality of my Vietnamese dining, I've eaten authentic Viernamese for many many years.
I had spicey wonton soup...stuff full of asian veggies and lots of meet ply big juicy wontons.
The Pork Spring rolls were very good!
Ask for peanut sauce by request.
Busy place full of locals, several were Asian.
Cute spotless dining.
Prices are nice, credit cards welcome.

This place is hands down the best pho in the city! They can also do pretty good banh mi's, the pork crackling banh mi is a must try and you usually need to order this before 1pm or it's sold out. Haven't had a meal here that I have not enjoyed and will continue coming back!

What a delightful place. Am totally obsessed with this (no.16) roast chicken Bun cha - highly recommended.

I was having a pho craving so tried Mum's table. I had the pork and prawn rice paper rolls and beef pho dac biet (the one with beef balls). Both dishes were delicious. My craving was thoroughly satisfied. The pho serving size is a bit small, that said, best not to over eat. Mouth is watering thinking about the food.

It's a nice little Vietnamese spot in Surry Hills, more authentic than some other nearby restaurants. Great place to get your Vietnamese fix at reasonable price, I usually get a banh mi on the go!

Great fresh food at a good price point. Very quiet for dinner which is great. Lunch always seems busy but quality is still high
