came in store today to ask guys about a PS5 memory stick that I bought on Friday. Had an isssue and the team went out of their way to solve it and help me. In a very calm, professional and helpful way. Great people, great company.

The store assistant, Dan T, kindly helped me with my PC queries. He was very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. This is when you realise that good attentive service changes your whole shopping experience in good ways.

Going the extra mile remains an understatement to describe the quality of service delivered by JB Hifi Strand yesterday, more specifically by Dan, to get me going with a new phone and new mobile service after I got stuck with no usable phone/digital wallet. And as in any JB HiFi I have been to, it seems the staff really know their stuff. IMO, and if it weren't for their prices which are pretty good, stores like this make the real argument for the superiority of brick and mortar shops vs online stores.

Bought a pixel watch on Boxing day, it was 229 dollars, they could easily bring it down to 200, people helping me was amazing, the one shop where people understood how to walk around right, the point is, go to this shop, they won't dissapoint

I was warmly welcomed by Ray today at the CBD Strand arcade store and just wanted to mention how wonderful and professional he was when serving my sister and I. We came in to browse but Ray was so helpful and accommodating that I ended up purchasing more than I needed. I recently purchased a Samsung Z Fold from JB Hi-Fi with the expectation of next day click and collect, as advertised on their website. However, upon reaching the store, I was informed that the item was out of stock and would take 3 to 4 days to arrive. Unfortunately, this unexpected delay clashed with my upcoming overseas trip, prompting me to change my mind about the purchase.

I contacted JB Hi-Fi's customer care and requested a refund, explaining my urgent need for the funds to buy a phone before my departure. They informed me that the refund process might take 3 to 5 business days due to the payment method being PayPal.

To my pleasant surprise, within just 20 hours, I received an email notification confirming that the money had been refunded. I couldn't be happier with JB Hi-Fi's exceptional customer care and their swift resolution of the issue. The prompt refund allowed me to purchase the phone I needed in time for my trip.

After researching online we did a quick in and out to purchase some keyboards. Had to wait a bit for a staff member but then it was just after boxing day. Once served they found the item fast and we paid and out of there. Quick and hassle free.

Big thumbs up to the folks here at Strand for covering my PS5 controller stuffing up just 2 weeks past the typical 12 month warranty. These guys are also more willing to bargain than other JB's, so they're definitely one of the top JB's out there that I've been to.

I love this venue , the concert hall is a favorite, I wYs feel special here. The accoustics are superb
