Walked in and two employees were standing there talking, they saw me and one immediately broke off two all how he could help me. I told him I was looking for a sim and he asked good questions about my needs, gave me a great recommendation and answered my questions. Overall this was a great experience

Based on my experience. It was painless and quick. Got in found what I needed . Straight to cashier no waiting and paid then left. What more needs to be said..

Staff member was extremely helpful even though we were only looking for an adaptor he took the time to check areas with us until we found what we needed. Store was a bit confusing for us so great that the staff member assisted. Very friendly and helpful.

Dark skinned guy with braided hair was the kindest person I’ve ever met! He helped me with headphones and answered all my questions. I think his name was Miles.

I wasn’t even going to buy the headphones today but he changed my mind and I got my dream headphones! Life Changing!

The sale assistant was very helpful by locating a set of headphones that were in the back of the store. The labelled price on the box was actually different to the online price but it was quickly sorted at the counter without any issues.

Staff member was exceptionally helpful checking stock at other stores and reserving it for pickup, while letting me pay with a split payment of gift card and credit card. This was due to online the gift card not processing on the website.

The customer service experience here was exceptional, they really show they care about their customers and any problems you have with products. Special thanks to Pia 👍

A great selection of Technology and games, however no movies are for sale in this store. JBHIFI are well known for stocking lots of movies but none could be found here. There are plenty of discounted items and everything is new basically. I would recommend this store for any Technology that you would require. Such as cameras, computers, printers etc

in my opinion this is a place to look for dvd or bluray movies up to 4K with affordable prices and quite complete titles. PS4, Xbox, and Nintendo games are also update.
Used games prices are cheaper than other stores.

Was guided by Adrian, and Man Oh Man!! This guy helped me get an awesome deal with the a6400 and a Sigma lens. JB-HIFI get this dude a pay rise. I will definitely be coming in more whenever I need any techs. CHEERS!!

I had honestly thought it would be sent away for 4-5 weeks before I get a result like most companies.

Was pleasantly surprised they offered either a full refund or replacement of exact product with renewed warranty period.
