One of my best experiences in Sydney in terms of the designer furniture stores. Can’t really enter the showroom due to lock down, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, got what I wanted smoothly with no trouble. Can’t wait to bring my USM unit home 😍

Amazing showroom, top quality products!
Unfortunately on an earlier visit I was greeted by the most arrogant and rude showroom sales person I have come across in a long time. The experience was so sour, that I'd think twice before going back in to store.
I recently decided to shop here though because of their exclusivity with certain brands.
And I must say that the service received by the team looking after USM has been very good. We've been informed throughout the process and looked after pre/post delivery. The USM team really helped in the decision process and guided us to our satisfaction.
