Danielle and Tiana are fantastic human beings and helped me sort out a damaged Rick Owens x Moncler jacket. The entire experience was so great they've single handedly made sure I return to retail shopping in Aus instead of buying online or when I travel overseas.

It's easy as heck to make a sale and take the money, especially at Moncler, but for them to continue the excellent service when you return with an issue is amazing.
