I generally shop the Bing Lee ebay and use this store for click & collect. Orders are fulfilled promptly and, more often than not, will be ready for pickup on same day. Good customer service.

Quick and easy, very good customer service. I bought a Hisense 43' TV from here and i had researched it thinking it would fit perfectly on my entertainment unit. when I got the TV home we realised it was too small because we didn't know the screen dimensions are diagonally measured not horizonal. took the TV back to bing lee after removing the plastic and setting it up. explained the situation and they allowed us to exchange it and get the right size with paying the difference. the manager made a very difficult situation a breeze. the TV fits perfectly and works with no issues. thank you very much

Located only a few blocks from JB hi-fi in World Square, I much prefer to buy my electronics & appliances from Bing Lee, not because of the price, but because of their good old personalised customer service.
But yeah, their prices are good too!

The experience here was superb! Shirish patiently and experrtly helped us with all of our questions and efficiently organized shipment and delivery of our applaiances. He even called us to give us updates on how the process was going. We highly recommend this location and Shirish. We are very thankful for his assistance!

Stuck in quarantine with 0% humidity in the hotel. Bonnie rushed a humidifier over which was a godsend. Amazing service. Thank you Bing Lee.

Jimmy is amazing sales, he recommended a dryer for mother’s gift with his knowledge and explained why is it so good.
Also provided the best customer service, I called bing Lee one day after I purchased, Jimmy remembered my name straight away and help me solved the delivery problem immediately!
Amazing service in general!

My TV gave up the ghost on Friday night. On Saturday morning I ordered a new one online from Bing Lee Haymarket. About 10 minutes after placing the order it occurred to me to check my TV one more time. Sure enough, it started up fine. I phoned Bing Lee and they were immediately understanding and cancelled my order. The next day I had my refund.

I am so grateful. Thank you Bing Lee Haymarket, when my TV does finally give up I'll be buying my new television from you.

Made two purchases over the busy holiday period - Hitachi fridge and CHiQ TV.
Both were amazing prices, both have been great quality. Fridge was delivered. The team were friendly and helpful. I picked up the TV in store and a team member kindly offered to help me carry the TV to my vehicle as I was on my own.

These guys are incredible. Really nice and extremely helpful. Purchased an LG 65 Inch TV and it was all presented and tested in front of me. The box was even rolled to the back delivery area so I could get it in an Uber better.

I used click and collect service and the person on duty at Haymarket was incredibly helpful. I was in the middle of a move and needed a vacuum ASAP because mine had suddenly broke. When I called he reassured me that the vacuum cleaner would be ready to go when I got there and it surely was. He was prompt and friendly. Thank you.

This time it was only bags for our vacuum cleaner. But Bing Lee was by far cheaper than any other supplier (including Amazon) and had it in stock. Click and collect was a breeze. We'll done guys.

I was very pleased with my recent transaction with Bing Lee at Haymarket, Sydney. Once the very quick financial transaction was completed, I merely printed out the receipt and traveled to the store, and five minutes later it was done. The staff were very friendly even helped secure my purchase to a trolley and I left very happy.

Small store but convenient location. Store is quite during Covid time. It should be 3 stars for the store itself but 5 stars for its staff.
