What a journey, long story short the MacBook pro I bought yesterday was faulty and needed an exchange. This morning I had a flight to Japan and had a very tight schedule.

Dre was amazing in solving my issue with the MacBook and allowed me to exchange the laptop right away. So prompt, polite, and efficient. Thank you so much for the amazing service. I will definitely go out of my way to buy more electronics from Moore Park when I have the chance.

I purchased a 50inch TV for my 70yr old mother. John was soo patient with us, answered our many many questions. He didn't have what we wanted in stock but find a better product at a very similar price. He also sold me a Macbook Air.
I was very happy with my purchases, John made my mother and I feel like valued customers.
Also the guys in the loading dock were very helpful and attentive when picking up my items.

If you are buying tech and electronics, this is the place to be.
Great service, knowledgeable team members, non-pushy and always big smile.

The queue line is not long and lots of space and one of my go to JB Hi-Fi

I love this jbhifi. Bought a tv from here and they did me a great deal a few months ago and today I went in for a new laptop. Staff member named Will helped me and he was an absolute genius. He helped me buy the perfect laptop. I'd highly recommend speaking to him about gaming, laptops, tech etc. Jbhifi also need to give him a pay rise 5 stars.

JB HiFi did a great deal for me and price matched other retailers plus a bit more. It's always worthwhile asking.

Picked up a new phone from this store recently (click and collect) staff friendly no queue no problems. In and out super quick.

This is the only jb hi fi store where staff are super friendly. Exceptional service from the moment you walk in. Broadway and East Gardens should learn from this store.

Bought something and it was on special a week after. I had a fat suk and they gave me the difference in cash. I would highly recommend that you have the biggest cry at the store to get what you want. I did and it saved me $300

Walked in on a Wed.. ..the service, atmosphere and dedication from one named Keith & the other i can't name for she's got more tattoos than i do; can i just say what a blessing & new found faith in retail. Both were so humanly straight forward that i felt round-ish..

Bought Gaming Chair and monitor from them. The monitor did not have as fast enough refresh rate when I used it so I went back to the store to return it, hoping for a refund despite already having used the monitor. The staff there were extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. They offered me a gift card in place of the refund which is acceptable. Lovely customer service!

Staff are always nice and the store has a great range of products.

Dealt with 5 employess overall.

I purchased 2 TVs from bondi and collected in Hurstville, I opened the first TV and didn't like the quality of the 4k, this isn't anything to do with them however.

My closest store is this one so a week later I brought back the unopened one under change of mind, once I had dropped it to the loading dock I went back in and was givin a refund straight away.

As the 14 day price guarantee was still in place I asked for a refund on the other TVs price difference which had dropped, a manager was called over and without hesitation said yep go for it.

Happy with the ease of the staff.

I wasn't expecting to buy a TV when I visited, but the sales assistant was helpful and answered all my questions anyway. JB HIFI has great prices and the staff aren't ever pushy like at other stores. I ended up buying the TV.

Lauren and Romeo were great to deal with - they’re both highly knowledgeable about their products and were happy to invest the time in explaining the specifications, benefits and the available options. We were kept well informed throughout each stage of the process (purchase, delivery, installation etc.).

I think i'm not alone when i say it's really hard to get half decent customer service these days as far as the 'younger generation' are concerned, but i was pleasantly surprised when i walked into to the JB HiFi store in Moore park on Monday afternoon and i was greeted by a young man named Will. What i thought would be an arduous task was absolutely no sweat for Will. He went above and beyond in handling my request, and not only that, he was pleasant, he new exactly what to do, he accomplished it rather swiftly and he did it all with a smile on his face! To say i was impressed with his efforts would be an understatement!! I must say
i couldn't help noticing the staff around him who where also of the 'younger generation' and how they also expertly dealt with other customers questions and requests in a very jovial manner. From my experiences over the last decade or so, what i witnessed that afternoon is a rare occurrence in this day and age hence the review. You're more likely to encounter uninterested staff who seem to be in a world of their own waiting for you to greet them, completely oblivious to all that surrounds them. I'd say JB HIFI training policies would have something to do with it but it's really the individual and their personality that shine! Will, keep up the outstanding work, please carry on enjoying working with your colleagues and most of all try and lead by your excellent examples! JB. thanks for employing such great staff and making my in-store experience alot more than the five star rating Google restricted me to.....

My long time favourite place to buy technology and computer needs, however the very sharp price rise is disappointing 😞

Aman was an absolute legend. He gave us a fantastic customer service. Don't know what you guys are paying him but you should double it. Never seen such a passionate employee at any other store.

A huge thankyou to Jack who helped my husband and I today in buying a TV, which was a big purchase for us. Jack listened to what we were after and with a great knowledge base in TV's found us the perfect deal. Would highly recommend, thank you Jack!
