City Extra 24 Hour Restaurant

Absolutely amazing experience at City Extra. The menu is massive, so there is always something that you will like. The service here is amazing, and everyone that we spoke to was extremely polite and friendly. I’m not 100% sure on it, but there also seemed to be a bag storage area which is another addition to their amazing service. The food was delicious and the servings are very generous

Pretty awesome diner. The food portions were very sizeable and also very delicious. Location wise is very good, as it's just opposite the ferry stop and short walk from the CBD. Would recommend a visit and a feed.

We were so hungry after watching a show at Opera House which ended about 10 pm, and most restaurants are already shut by that time especially during the winter season, we were surprised to see one restaurant open and pleasantly surprised with the food and service! We assumed the food wouldn't that good since it's a "24" hour restaurant but wow, coming back here again for sure!

We are regulars here and it is without doubt one of the BEST places to eat if you are down at the Quay/Rocks area.

This is a BIG place, open 24 hours a day with plenty of seating. Having said that, sometimes you will have to wait for a table, especially on weekends when they are packed out. It has a great reputation and is keenly sought after by those in the know who enjoy great food and service.

You have a choice of dining inside or out. There are also really comfy booths available inside, so be sure to ask to be seated in one of those. The views are beautiful and look out over Sydney harbour and the Harbour Bridge as you watch the ferries arrive and depart whilst enjoying your meal.

There is always plenty of staff who are lovely to deal with. The food is BRILLIANT, with big servings that come out piping hot and delicious.

We called in for breakfast recently and absolutely LOVED the "Big Breakfast" meal they served us.

Food is tasty and a good portion, little bit on the pricier side but you can see the harbour bridge which makes up for that. It is a spectacle ✨

Had dinner here, ordered the chicken parm and it was worth the money. Big portion and filling. Waiter was friendly, perfect view of the harbour also. Would come back again

We searched for a breakfast location in the early morning (5am) and this was a very good choice. Friendly staff and good food for a fair price in this touristic area. We can definitely recommend The Big Breakfast to share.

Came here twice while visiting the CBD in Sydney. Great place to eat and relax. Food was very good and service was as good too. Great variety of food. We did lunch one day and breakfast the next day. I'm sure we'll be back

We went here for breakfast on my birthday before heading out to Taronga Zoo for the day. It was just what we needed to get our day started. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was fantastic. I hope to return again soon!

Seriously hands down the BEST service and atmosphere amongst the bustle of the ferries, and great to watch people go by too. Staff attentive and smiling which is so refreshing in today's world.
Great tasting food, cooked to how I like it and will definitely come back next time we visit Sydney. Missing heaps already.

Great stop for breakfast. We had hot scones and the Canadian pancake breakfast. Both were great, and a lot of food.

Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. One and only 24 hr cafe in Sydney providing perfect internet condition. Pricing might be a bit higher but worth visiting for those in need!

Superb food. Great service.

The staffs were very attentive and professional. The service was great. The drinks were good. I really enjoyed the food. Garlic prawn comes with nice thick tomato sauce. My favorite was the apple pie with ice cream, it was perfection.

Charging outlet at the table is also a big plus

I have been here two times before and the food was pretty good big portion, fresh quality and a nice menu this a diner open 24 hours which is convenient. It’s a bit pricey but considering where it is it’s in a tourism area so it’s understandable. They also said all the dishes with big roll of bread which is delicious.

I trid Vienna Coffee, Moca, Cuppauccino and Chai Latte there. All are so nice and I really enjoyed them.
The staff provides a great service.
The seats are comfortable and the prices are also reasonable.
They provide red colour serviette papers which are really attractive. 😉

We had coffee there after the dawn bridge climb, atmosphere is good, service is ok, good view, food is good. We enjoyed our breakfast.

Came to this restaurant after my Jonathan Leandoer concert. Was expecting cheap and low effort dishes but was completely wrong!
Some of the best pancakes I’ve had in a long time, as a massive spaghetti bolagnase fan I was extremely pleased with it. Would definitely come here again and it’s open 24 hours!

Great food, nice staff and spectacular view to harbour bridge. Make sure you try drinks, mules and desserts. We tried this place few times and never regretted!
