Best souvenirs shop in the area... they sell alot of souvenirs for Sydney and Australia also they have the biggest collection of fridge magnets I've ever seen... if you want to buy a gift from Sydney for someone or ur self this is the place to be... G'day mate

Absolutely horrible shop. Sadly I can't give zero stars unfriendly as hell and after I bought something they don't take it back?! Even with the receipt.

This store is so horrible as customer service. Staff who work there dont want to fold the shirt so she not happy when people looking for the shirt I want. I pick 10 and decide to buy for friends but she keep tell us let she know what size so she cant get it so she dont have to fold the shirt back. How can I know which picture is on the shirt without unfold it. Never come back again and it expensive.. I recomend you go to store at Town Hall area for cheaper..10 min from opera house..

Our first time to Australia, and visited this store on Tuesday evening 07 February. There are no trading hours advertised so we went in as there were other people also busy shopping in the store. Wanted to quickly get a few things as gifts quickly but the lady working there rudely went up to us and another man and told us we need to get out cause she's closed now. Terrible attitude and customer service, won't be back. Also very overpriced.

Bought a $25 umbrella in a downpour. Lasted 10 minutes before it was reduced to a broken tangled mess. Lady serving refused a refund, only another umbrella of the same rubbish quality.

don't buy the products here especially the mineral water; everything is overpriced. There is another convenience store closer to Circular Quay station and they sell the same items/products and much cheaper too.

14 dollar for a keyring of a surfboard with a sharkbite takes it all, nothing here is cheap, its just another tourist trap cause is so near the Opera house, go to the store near Circular Quay!

the manager of this shop is shiiit person, I give a 0 star if there is a choice.

Item broke. No phone to communicate. Stay away.
