Only one staff working. Taking 15 mins to order and takes 5 mins to make. Drink is good. Just avoiding this store when is busy.

Friendly and helpful staff but the Matcha milk tea with red bean tasted terrible. Doesn't taste like Matcha and the colour of the drink was dark green/grey.

Good service very bad and heartless owner! One poor girl working during peak hour Thursday while we wait for our drinks. You need to have at least two people working here instead of trying to make a girl trying to work a Long line.
