Oh my goodness .... this place is AMAZING! The view are just brilliant from each room , even the toilet!
Everything was super clean , breakfast provided & the owners friendly.

Very friendly and a sensational room, best accommodation I’ve stayed in around Smithton. The rooms are very well presented and exceptionally clean. They even put the heating on for me before I arrived, so the room was very cosy.

Stayed at Sheer Pleasure for 5 nights Oct/Nov this year. We had the end unit which was very comfortable, incredibly clean and modern. The room was serviced daily. For 3 days we had storms, rain and wind but it was so relaxing sitting in the recliners with the heater going watching nature trying to do its best. There were incredible views of Smithton and the estuary and occasionally Bass Strait. It was a great location as a base to visit NW Tasmania including the Tarkine, Arthur River, Stanley and others. This was exactly what we needed after driving around Tasmania for a week and hiking over 70km. With A view of the water, a gas fireplace, very comfortable recliners and bed, this really was sheer pleasure. Heather and David were very friendly, and the welcome bottle of wine, cheese, crackers and sourdough was a very nice treat! The dehumidifier in the bathroom was nice so the place didn’t become muggy after a shower.

We had a wonderful experience at SP Accommodation. Really had that wow factor as soon as you walked in. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable for our short term stay to see the Tarkine Forest Reserve. There was even an electric fireplace, along with complimentary bottle of wine, greek yogurt and muesli on arrival. The hosts Heather and Dave were lovely people to meet, as well as their cat Thursday.

Please, do yourself a favour and come and stay at this wonderful establishment. The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing for the price. We booked directly with the lovely Heather, her politeness and help with directions was very much appreciated and welcomed. The view from our balcony was stunning! A complimentary continental breakfast was supplied, and a very generous amount for 2 people. Cheese and crackers and a bottle of wine was also included. This was our first night's stay on our first visit to Tasmania, and we couldn't have made a better choice for our accommodation. Thank you for helping us make beautiful memories of our first visit to your lovely state.

The name says it all... Definitely one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in.. Heather and David were very attentive hosts and made our stay very pleasant.. Highly recommend a stay at Sheer pleasure... A+

I had the absolute pleasure of spending two nights recently at Sheer Pleasure Accommodation. From the moment I stepped in the door I was instantly relaxed and blown away by the attention to detail in this beautiful place. I arrived to the gorgeous fire already warming the room. Everything had been thought of- right down to the beautiful cheese and crackers and wine that welcomed me. I will definitely be back as soon as I can!

What an absolutely top spot to stay! If it wasn’t for accommodation of this standard, we would not have stayed in Smithton. Heather and David offered service that we wouldn’t have even thought of, like washing our dishes for us. Just amazing and we would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending Sheer Pleasure Accommodation.

When in Smithton this place is great. We had the end unit B I think, and the SMS for key to the locked box was great. Everything we needed , bottle of wine, cheese biscuits on arrival was very much appreciated & bread for breakfast toast.

Lovely accommodation with plenty of space and the real feel of a home away from home.

The hosts Dave and Heather are also very helpful and lovely people.

A home away from home. David and Heather are superb hosts who make you feel at ease. It's the perfect blend of hotel and being at an AirBnB with modern rooms and a view to die for.

Fantastic views over the area. Very relaxing just to sit back and watch the sunset, or the fishing boats leave in the morning. Thoughtful hosts too. Would recommend.
