shop where all kinds of kitchen utensils are gathered in one place, a place where you can see and purchase various famous dish brands with your own eyes.
It is located in the basement of the QVB building.
A place where you can see a lot of pretty designs and cups, and the price is usually on sale, so you can buy them at a low price.

I've always loved coming here, even though the aisles are too narrow and it's so overcrowded with goods. But the prices are great and you can always find something you 'need'.

Like Temu, it's full of stuff you never knew you wanted, and at bargain prices, but unlike the orange ripoff it's all quality. Jamie Oliver 4-knife set for under $100, every kind of peeler, saucepans for all occasions and pockets,...

Great but only buy Italian cookware the cheaper scanpan is rubbish. Food sticks and burns and is impossible to clean. Buy quality that will last

Loaded with everything you need for your home and mainly your kitchen. I could've spent a couple of hours looking for all the best deals. The shop is situated in the basement of the QVB building.

Really great value for quality kitchenware brands. It’s a bit jumbled and messy in there, but if you’re willing to hunt, you’ll find unbelievable bargains.

The service is second to none. Thankyou.

Place was crowded lots of lots of things markdown for the up to 80% off sale. I couldn't find the first thing I but I track down a helpful staff who check that I had then checked on the computer and then went off out the and came back with the item. I went looking for the beer glasses and eventually found them. I was so excited I forgot my phone so after I I paid for everything I left and then realised I left my phone. Of course it was so cluttered that no-one noticed it and when I got back it's untouched.
Lots of fantastic bargains I might go back tomorrow.

Much like Alladin’s Cave there are so many treasures to find and if you love exploring for a bargain, you’ll definitely find one.

I love this place. So much crammed in. Got a lid opener. Didn't have can opener. Only 1. Not what I was after.

Always love popping into 'Victoria's Basement' to see what lovely 'pretty's'... I got a new insulated bottle, for a great price. But a little disappointed at the lack of unusual/novelty milk jugs available. Only really two designs. I guess it all depends what's in these days. ..it did feel like the store was lacking some personality. No design choices there (colours). Very bland.

Parking is easy at the QVB , Victoria’s Basement has all the kitchen appliances and cookware you need at all price points and with regular sales it’s worth just walking through and buying what’s heavily discounted, great place to visit

I enjoy walking in to this shop to look at all the dinner ware, kitchenware and homeware. They sell for way cheaper than places like David Jones.

Probably not my first review, but the 5 stars haven't changed. I stumbled onto the Sydney store soon after arriving on the North Shore and fitted out my kitchen. In the 5 years since, I've moved to Blue Mountains and now North Central Coast. I just got my latest online shipment. As my skills in the kitchen grow... Victoria's Basement grew with me. In store, online... love it. Thank you guys for reasonable shipping and Rosa Willow pattern tableware! I mix it with Morris Strawberry Thief! Gorgeous!!

Staffs are so friendly. Exceptional customer service, especially Cindy and Daron.
Since the store is very small for the amount of products they have, it would have been challenging to find what I needed. They were attentive and helped me to find what I needed and also gave recommendations and advice on the products. They deserve a pay rise

Love, love, love this place. Any kitchen gadget, serving ware and pricey fancy plates you've ever needed at sale prices. Always end up buying more than I need.

Bought a really nice knife here. The staff are friendly and helpful and will provide useful answers to your questions. Plenty of options to try out and compare between. Good selection of knives with some good deals as well. Plenty of trinkets here too. Do be cautious, and don't get carried away!
