Pablo's Charcoal Chicken & Ribs

Great quality charcoal chicken.
We have been going here for years. The food is always of excellent quality at a fair price. Make sure you order chilli with your chicken, it adds that little bite. The chips are always cooked to order and you can have chicken or plain salt. And don’t forget your salad.
The staff are always smiling which also shows in their food.
Whilst there is a delivery service we have always eaten in or takeaway.

Hidden local gem. I got the 1/2 ribs and 1/2 chicken with chips for $36. Everything was delicious! More than enough for two hungry people. The ribs were big and tasty, the roster chicken was the best one I have tried in Sydney.

Quality feed, half chicken + chips was very well priced at $13 and was a good feed. Chips had a too much chicken salt though but still very nice.

Delivers constantly the best chicken in Sydney, cleanliness and quality of the food is unmatched and hits the sweet spot every time. The attentive and great customer service, charcoal grilled chicken, and prices is this on of my favorite spots to drop by. I have consistently come back here for about 5 years, worth a try!

Honestly, it's one of the best roast chickens I've had in a while. Unassuming from the outside, but this food is delicious. The sides are also pretty decent.

I love this place.. Their chicken tastes amazing.. Friendly staff. It's better to eat this fresh. Pick up is better as sometimes the delivery services can take a while. This tastes better as fresh as possible. Highly recommended. Sometimes can be a hit and miss. Most times is good 👍

I come here once maybe twice a week during my break from work. Their southern fried chicken burger is to die for. The staff are always friendly and I appreciate how quick they are, knowing I can always stop by without worry that I need to rush back to work.

Love the Chicken and chips. Fresh, tasty, juicy and top quality. If you visit, Donot forget to ask chili sauce on your chicken (you will like it).

Staff is friendly and good (but they forget to put chicken salt on my chips this time). Also, salads were not upto my expectations. Please improve Salads, But your chicken and chips deserve 5 stars.. they are Best in surry hills ...

This is more than your average chicken and chips shop. The guys at Pablo's take such great care of their produce and customers alike! Consistently delicious, generous serves, great service and always a friendly smile. Been going here for years and would recommend 100%

Ok so I’ve become a loyal repeat customer. Didn’t think I’ll be a Charcoal chicken person but I am now. Food - yum! That chicken roll is delicious. The chilli sauce, sooo good. They are closed on Mondays which is a bummer coz every Monday I have a craving for a chicken roll. Service - efficient and such lovely people

Great staff, awesome food, very accommodating when I had no mask during lockdown. The guy behind the counter supplied me with a brand new "covid lockdown" friendly mask to save me the hassle of going to the chemist to purchase one in order to place my order ..

if this isnt the best value for your money chicken and ribs shop in sydney then i don't know what is. By far the best it honestly deserves more than 5 stars he has not dissappointed 1 delivery so far

Pablo's is the satisfaction and gratification of an Ogalo burger, without the excess oil and guilt. The burgers are delicious, the salads are fantastic and the chips are cooked to a delicious salty perfection. Best of all the people that work there are so friendly and the place is super clean so it's not likely you'll find anything gross in your food, unlike at some other gross out take-away shops. You go Pablo!

Pablo's chicken rolls (with a couple of extra dutch mayos to keep in the fridge) was a weekly meal when we lived in the area, and since moving out of the area we still make special trips to grab a meal. The owners have been very accommodating to special requests I recently made for a b'day surprise for my husband, they both went out of their way to help me out. We love this joint, highly recommend!!

Amazing charcoal chicken. The fries and the salads are really good. I'm impressed by the quality, price and how fast they deliver. Definitely going to order or pick up many more times.

Best grilled/charcoal chicken I've had in Sydney. Try getting the peri peri sauce to go with it. They make a mean burger also. My new favourite chicken place. Friendly staff and it's available for home delivery also.
