The staff here are always so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a pretty good selection for being the local neighbourhood bottleshop, and they stock a lot of wines, liquors, liqueurs, and craft beers that no one else around does.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. It is a smaller store so not an overly extensive selection but they do have a lot of wine. They have a tasting on Friday evenings which is usually wine but sometimes other things.

I have always been made to feel welcome by the various staff that I have encountered. I have found many of my purchases to be cheaper than the big chain stores and I am happy to support a local business. Cheers!

Avoid like the plague!! This is seriously a horrible place, as a local I can tell you that other locals also know about how horrible the owner is. He is maybe around his 40's is often 'serving' customers (insults) and is incredibly, incredibly rude. Firstly the alcohol is overpriced. Secondly despite that the owner is nothing fancy, he makes snide remarks if you choose any alcoholic beverage that is the cheaper option of 2. You will actually be shocked! Go there and see for yourself! He mocked me in a very nasty mean way for choosing a cheaper wine option and made a snarky comment when giving me my change back, and when I said "sorry I didn't hear you" he said "no, you didn't did you?" in a very snide, callous way. When I told my neighbour she said that the exact same thing happened to her. She was straight up insulted by the owner for not choosing the more expensive wine option, same as myself. This guy clearly just wants money and is just incredibly hateful... WORST customer service ever! DO NOT GO HERE! To the owner: stop acting like you are doing us customers a favour when WE are the ones doing you a favour by giving you money for your overpriced yet widely available wine... All the locals avoid your bottle shop like the plague because of your nasty attitude towards customers. His other younger male staff are fine and I feel sorry for them having to work alongside this guy!
