Dr Dias has refused my request for a fair examination in my return to work at Woolworths.
1. Refusing me to film the examination to show I can perform all the tasks.
2. Refusing me to bring a Union support person to my assessment

If Dr Dias has nothing to hide he will allow one or the other SIRA has also confirmed he has no right to refuse Union representation and have advised to to make a complaint to the NSW medical association.
