I had the pleasure of visiting Xing Fu Tang in Sydney, all thanks to a recommendation from a friend who hails from the East. I must say, it was a truly amazing experience to try authentic Taiwan Tea here, and we opted for their signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk - a decision we did not regret! It was simply superb!

The flavor and quality of the tea were outstanding, and I'm already planning to visit again soon for another delightful cup. In fact, I highly recommend everyone to come and try it for themselves. You won't be disappointed!

The shop may have only two tables, but we managed to find a cozy spot outside on the benches for our group of three. The ambience was still lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

If you're looking for an exquisite Taiwan Tea experience in Sydney, head over to Xing Fu Tang and prepare to indulge in the finest tea delights!

Xing Fu Tang definitely have the softest brown sugar boba! I recommend you try the Signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk!! Oh and the Croffle is so good too, please try the Croffle with Brown Sugar Boba 😍!!

Mango Smoothies with Panna Cotta was good (I really liked the Panna Cotta), however Damascus Rose Tea with Lemons was so-so. Honestly I think their fruit teas are not as good as their Brown Sugar Boba!

Please note that lots of their fruit teas may contain lemon. I recommend to ask the shop if the drinks contain lemon or not (as I had Jasmine Tea in the past & was surprised that it had lemon, which overpowered the jasmine taste)

Was great to try the brown sugar boba! It was sweet, and I also tried the passionfruit green tea which was super refreshing. Their biscoff croffle wasn’t too heavy and had a nice sweet flavour!

I’m from Taiwan and it tastes exactly the same with Taiwan’s Xin Fu Tang. I think the best is cold without ice, that way you can fully taste the milk and brown sugar. Sometimes adding ice will have less flavor, which loses the originality of brown sugar boba milk tea. I hope they are more generous with the bobas, it tastes very good, soft and warm. However, just feeling it’s not enough in there. I can see the staffs hand making boba which is good, some of the shops just cook boba from frozen. Overall nice shop and taste which reminds me of Taiwan.

This is such a cute place to grab sweet treats with your friends! It’s pretty close to the station, has a little seating area and the staff here are super accomodating! 🧋🫶

I tried the Lotus Biscoff and Signature Brown Sugar Boba Croffles and really enjoyed them! Their pearls are always so perfectly soft, sweet and chewy! And you can never go wrong with Biscoff 🤤

One of the best milk tea I’ve ever tasted. The brown sugar is my favourite. Highly recommended. Very affordable. Located just opposite of world square.

My Fav Bubble Tea place ever! Although it's a little pricey, I'm obsessed with their Brown Sugar Milk Drink (Iced) that is made with fresh boba. It's also super satisfying to watch them make it in front of you. The stores are quite small but they have super aesthetic drinks you should try at least once. I've tried the strawberry bunny panna cotta which was good but the signature is best! Perfect for any weather. They also have some traditional fortune telling items you can try in the meantime with nice areas for you to take photos.

Really love their pearls! Friendly service, super cool watching them make everything. The pearls are so nice, not too big or chewy and so sweet I love it! Really creates a nice balance, the milk/liquid isn't too sweet at all so when you drink it with the pearls it's perfection 💖 been here twice now and I live 1hr away haha highly recommend!

honestly xingfutang is prob the best brown sugar bubble tea ive ever had, their in-house pearls are ridiculously soft, chewy, and packed with smooth molasses sugar 🤤 mixed with extra frothy milk and drizzled with syrup, combined this is bubble tea but next level!

the torched brown sugar on top is the key definer for this drink chain, a unique touch that gives you crispy creme brulee-esque toffee pieces to crunch on! these are my fave part lol i always tell the staff to load it up with brown sugar 😂

Excellent bubble tea, love the milk cheese foam. They’re not as (too) sweet as other places. Will come back for more

My absolute favourite brown sugar bubble tea. So easy to chew through and it's even warm. Their signature brown sugar is so good and they even add extra touches like fire and some cream thing to it. A little pricier than most but WORTH IT.

The store is face to world tower, the popular drink is brown sugar bubble tea. 5 mins walking from Chinatown.

I tried the mango smoothie with rabbit pannacotta (the rabbit dropped off my drink after the 2nd photo so, I didn't get to taste it 😥😭), the signature brown sugar pearl milk tea and got a free lemon green tea (for being the first 150 customers- ends today).
The brown sugar caramelisation (in my photos) was so cool to watch 😁😍
I would recommend the signature brown sugar pearl milk tea and the mango smoothie with the cute rabbit pannacotta

There's something different about this place. While being on a busy street in the centre of the city inside it holds a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere. Inside its calm and cosy.
However, I'm here to give it 5 stars not for atmosphere but for 2 huge differences it has compared to other tea shops. Most of teas here are with brown sugar, which makes its taste it different (for those who are tired of regular bubble teas) and also they have a variety of fruity options (with cute rabbits too). Second thing is if you know a little bit of numbers in hieroglyphs then you can try your luck for today in the fortune telling thing they have there! (If you're just like me that's got very little knowledge of numbers then by the time you are done with fortune telling your order will be ready)
