ASICS Sydney QVB

I visited ASICS today and received excellent service from Chloe. She spent time to analyse my running style on a treadmill and then discussed the correct shoes for me. I thought I might need stability however her analysis clearly showed I’m a neutral runner. This made it much easier to make my decision, and with Chloe’s detailed knowledge on the available shoes I was able to choose a beautiful pair to go with my ASICS collection. This is a great store, super staff, & highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service!!! The service is splendid. They offer a foot analysis to show which type of shoe is best for you. The shoes are actually really really comfortable and fits so well. Highly recommend ASICS shoes for sport.!

Excellent customer service! My husband and I purchased several items here. Sebastian, Sylvia, & Yaiza we’re all extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful. They went above and beyond to help us find the correct sizes/colors. Great experience!

The quality of service & product knowledge of the bearded staff on Sat 14th Jan late afternoon was outstanding.

At nearly closing time, I walked in looking for an older color of GT 1000 as a gift that’s unfortunately no longer available.

Another alternative was offered but I began to inquire about the return policy as I started to contemplate.

Staff quickly acknowledged my preferred choice of color & initiated to check the online store in finding the closest alternative. He then advised me to take a screenshot & informed me of specific code to be mindful of with the order.

Considering it’s a lost sales, particularly at nearly closing time, I had no expectation of much service, let alone to be well assisted to such extent.

I ended up buying online, following his every instructions & am so grateful for his initiative in helping me secure the last available size.

Such quality of service is a rarity these days, thank you truly.

Knowledgeable staff who give you the full treatment no matter how busy they are. Staff give great advice and helpful suggestions to make sure you walk away with stylish sports shoes that are a treat for your feet.

Chris helped out for the purchase of some new trainers for running. In addition to fantastic product knowledge and get me in the right shoes, he went well above and beyond required customer service to give me tips to improve my running form… legend! Thank you so much.

Bought a pair of asics gel rocket which were comfortable and a great fit.

Tried to do an online order through work to get a discount but they just applied the discount and more to me in store and are in the process of cancelling my online order for a refund.

Bought my brothers gift here. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Good experience. Gion was helped me find the shoe size that fit and then located a store that had a pair of shoes I was after as they didn't have it in stock. Good customer service experience. And ASICS are always good, comfortable fits!

5 star service! Honestly, I'm clueless when it comes to shoes, but Andrew helped me on getting a pair that's suitable for my feet. He hooked me up with some kayano ASICS! So comfortable, feels like I'm walking on clouds and it really helps with me right heel pain. It's so good! Can't thank you enough!

Made a phone call to this shop to heck stock and get advice on shoe sizing and model availability. Zoe couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - fantastic service.

Staff was super helpful. I wasn't going for a purchase but for a Pronation test. I almost reached at 8.45pm but the staff were so nice and let me take the test even though the shop shuts at 9pm.

My wife was looking for a pair of shoes. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very nice.

The store is in the Lower Ground 1 (LG1) floor. Good range of shoes including models such as Nimbus 20 approved by 'Sports Medicine Australia'. Friendly helpfull staff.
