I tried ringing twice and they didn’t answer ,no phone message or anything it was 340 pm and they say their office closes at 4 ….just lost my business,but they did rectify this by ringing me and letting me know that their phone was being upgraded .I was a bit hasty making my initial judgement .So Thankyou GBE for your getting back to me .
