Went there to get a Tillies jersey for a gift. There were none on the rack so I asked a salesperson if they could check stock at their sister store. When he did so, he found that there was stock listed for the store I was at. He asked me to wait while he checked on it. He came back saying a shipment had just arrived the night before. After asking me to show him their style & size I wanted from their website, he went into the stock area and opened the box to get my jersey. That's service!

Bought some well priced touch footy boots yesterday during my Friday lunchbreak.

I loved this place. They have a very big variety of clothing and all types of sports items. It's one level down. I really enjoyed shopping here. They adult sizes and children size clothing as well. I highly recommend this place!! I would definitely go back again when I need to shop again.

Convenience location with diverse product choose. Bought two swimming google and the price was reasonable given the store is located in CBD.

Great store to buy a variety of sports equipment/attire. We were looking for some swimming supplies and were pleasantly surprised to see how much this store had available. The prices were very reasonable, the location was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Eric S (?) who patiently helped us when we rushed in right before closing time. Overall, great store to check out if you’re looking for sports equipment. Highly recommend!

Great range of sporty stuff right on George Street. I was happy to get some resistance bands, a spikey massage ball and neck and shoulders massaging gizmo which was helping like anything when I tried it out for five seconds in the store. The staff were super helpful and friendly...especially the guy on the register upstairs and Brayden downstairs. Perfect service. Highly recommended. :-)

Excellent service! I came in this store looking for knee pads (for a new dance class that I was starting). I had never bought them before and had no idea what to get. The guy that was helping me out was very helpful. He actually took out 2 different ones out of the packaging and had me try them on and gave me good tips on how they should feel. It's now several months later and I'm still using those knee pads twice a week.

I also bought 4 yoga blocks from here. And they were all a great price and quality. I also love their reusable bags (that you can buy at checkout), I use them for everything like groceries and shopping. They are bigger and more durable than any other reusable bag.

Also, the store is never crowded, and it's really well organized. It's clean and neat. It makes you actually want to shop and spend time there. No long wait times in line. And they have a rewards card where you can collect points, which is a nice perk.

They also have a huge variety of items and brands. I always check online to see if they have the item I'm looking for, before going in store. And it's always correct to what is online.

I will be going there tomorrow to purchase a yoga mat. I'm looking forward to my shopping experience.

Second time going here and yet again great customer service by the people working in shoes.

Today it was a person called Braydon and he was so nice and helpful.

The last time I came here six months ago a different guy helped me with short black hair who was also super nice and helpful.

The store layout is a bit different — you have to go two floors down then they have lots of shoes to choose from.

This is now my go to place for buying new shoes whenever I need them. Would be good if they also had vegan leather casual shoe options.

I think what makes the two guys great that have been in the shoe section when I’ve gone is they seem like actual people. They’re not over the top salespeople, instead they’re chilled, across the product and friendly.

Will return.

I went to the store yesterday to buy a indoor soccer boot, the store doesn’t have my size and one of their staffs (Ali) did his best to help me to search any other stores closed by and finally find one in the store of Mid-city. He is very helpful and much appreciated

Good store if you’re looķing for sport gear!! But the thing I like about this place is, their customer services! Friendly and helpful, Especially the asian girl at the counter, I will give 5* because of her.

Bought my first tennis racquet from this store. Staff is very polite and helpful. Next to Apple store. Since it is underground, may not be spotted easily.

Today my husband and myself attended Rebel Sydney City with a view to purchasing a Fitbit Smart Watch using a Visa Prepaid Credit Card issued to my husband as a refund for his Fitbit watch that had been recalled by Fitbit because of a faulty battery.

Although we were unable to complete our purchase instore as a condition of the card issued to him was that it could only be used for an online purchase, the assistance offered to us by the salesmen working this morning at your store was of the highest standard. It was a pleasure to see such professional service.
