Hunter Candles The Strand Arcade

The Hunter candles store in Strand Arcade is my favorite shop in Sydney because the fragrance experts there sparked my interest in scented candles (not only the "Strand" candle). My visits there expanded my knowledge in perfumes, from what I learned in Germany. And most importantly, I always felt welcomed there.

I work in the Strand Arcade. I am grateful that Hunter Candles opened its doors there. Every time I walk by in the arcade, even not entering the store, it smells fabulous. The lady working there is super nice. Australia N4 is beautiful. This is my go to gift when I go overseas, and for friends who left Australia, and they get emotional like after watching a Qantas commercial.

The choose any 3 Candles in a box were a life saver when it came to Christmas! I think I’ve secretly created a Hunter Candle cult around my friends! Especially with their Mecca Coffee x Candle Collab. Everyone who works here is amazing however this is one nice shoutout to Daisy, for awesome service during the Christmas period!

Love these candles, I was so happy to see them expand into the city. This makes for a very convenient lunch time purchase. Cosy store towards the George street opening to the arcade, had all the classics with some new and interesting scents. Needed my comfort favourites this time but will definitely try a new scent next visit which will be very soon now they’re here!
