After my travels up the east Coast this bottle shop leaves an impression for the good reasons. Great staff and was always a laugh.

Terrible service. Real shame as the first time I went a younger guy helped out who was very knowledgeable about wine. Due to his advice and passion for wine I was happy to spend more than I had originally planned. The next two times I went there I bought the same expensive wines but was treated as if I was a ghost. The third time, after being ignored and treated rudely (they don't even acknowledge your presence at the counter - what do they want you to do, ring a bell?) I just replaced the overpriced olive oil and balsamic vinegar and whatever wine I had in my hands and hopped down to Elizabeth Bay Cellars or Bayswater Fine WInes where they don't make you feel like you are interrupting their day.

I've been here at least 10 times. The older man who works here, he overcharged me and often acted. I'll never visit here again. Potts Point Worst Place. Very very bad attention 😡
