Had dinner with my family and it was amazing! The services is professional and Pricilia is wonderful and friendly. The lamb is humongous and delicious, and the wagyu is beautifully grilled. The beetroot salad is so fresh and turkish bread and their homemade butter is really good, i cant get enough! As for dessert, kunnefeh is delightful. Special thanks for Chef Bella and team! I was blown away by how good our experience at Babylon was. Beautiful presentation of excellent food that paid homage to traditional Middle Eastern flavours but with its own flair (I have found that too many places these days are all flash but the food itself lacks flavour, finesse, authenticity or substance - but not Babylon!). Service was amazing too, appreciated the attention to detail with topping up our waters.
We unanimously agreed that the stars of the show were the:
- Turkish bread with za’atar butter (perfect combo of pillowy, fluffy and crunchy and paired so well with the za’atar butter as well as additional hummus and smoky babaghanoush we ordered separately)
- Tilba haloumi with fresh honeycomb (absolutely mind-blowing, crispy on the outside and decadently soft on the inside, complemented perfectly by the delicately sweet honeycomb)
- Slow-cooked Lamb shoulder (fall-off-the-bone tender and juicy, the jus was rich and delicious)
We came as a group of 6 - this venue is great for groups and sharing. Would absolutely return to try the rest of the menu as well as the desserts which sounded amazing.

Babylon offers a great and fresh variety of elevated Middle Eastern dishes that left us wanting more. We ordered 2 mains and 2 appetizers and had plenty to eat. The portions are bigger then tapas and can be shared. We had the halloumi starter, grilled octopus, cauliflower side and lamb kebab. We finished with desserts including baklavah, and sorbets. The service was excellent and our waitress explained the different dishes well and made great suggestions. The dishes were very flavorful and the presentation exquisite. The ambience is casual but elevated with modern settings that still feel warm and intimate. Perfect place for a business lunch or a catch up. We are inside vs on the rooftop. The restaurant is nestled inside a mall but in a quiet section away from the stores. Loved lunch here!

Spectacular service. Accommodating staff. Amazing mixed mezze plates. All varieties. Fabulous atmosphere and beautiful rooftop bar. Good selection of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails and wine.

Not only was it one of the best dinners we’ve ever had, the customer service was delightful. It always makes the night so much more enjoyable when the staff are accommodating and friendly, & that’s exactly what we received!
My favourite dishes were the halloumi cheese dish, babaganouch, cauliflower, lamb shoulder & all desserts were stunning xx

Great food, good location for a relatively affordable group lunch. Great place for a team outing or to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the fresh are. Would come back

What a nice place to sit and enjoy a cocktail and some cuisine, not too fancy/overpriced, although you feel like you are in a fancy place! Maybe it’s just me ha! I will definitely come back again. Thank you.

Absolutely love this place! It’s one of the closest bars to my office so I’ve visited many many times. The house wine is delicious and even better when they’re on Happy Hour! I’ve eaten here a handful of times and everything I’ve tried has been beyond delicious with great, strong flavours. Pretty much every member of staff I have dealt with have been great and my friends and I enjoyed the live music last Saturday evening. Such a nice venue, even in the winter when sat close to the heaters!

Came for a birthday dinner for my brother, absolutely delicious, decadent and exquisite food. I would recommend for everyone to come here, and place it on their bucket list. Our waiters Fran and Sanchita made this a whole lot better and deserve a raise. This is a must visit. One of the best in Sydney.

Loved this place, the food was amazing and the portion sizes were generous. The staff were attentive and very helpful with their suggestions. We enjoyed the drinks and desserts too. I can’t wait to go back!

I ate in the restaurant last night with two friends and was simply blown away by how beautiful, fresh and amazingly tasty all the food was. I’ve never tasted such succulent chicken in my life and the Turkish bread with smoked butter was just divine. Every dish we ordered was so beautiful including the lamb skewers and the pilaf. It was all faultless. The service was also good and I appreciated the water glasses being topped up frequently throughout the meal. Highly, highly recommend for a beautiful dinner experience! Just. YUM!!!!

Definitely worth a dinner reservation (the bar area is very popular and too noisy if you're wanting to eat). The food is quite impressive, I've caught up with my friends three times and it's never disappointed. We always choose the whole chicken grilled, the meat is exceptionally tender. Try the green tomato salad or the fatoush, and the kingfish is wonderfully fresh and exciting. The knafeh for dessert and you'll be rolling out stuffed and highly satisfied.

This place is great, always good food and a fun place to hang out for drinks. I also really like the rnb music they play on Saturday nights.

Came back for dinner recently and the food is divine! Such a creative balance of textures and flavours in every dish, a delight for the eyes and the stomach. Can't recommend it enough. The service is very attentive and friendly, they will always come and refill your water glass which is so important because I'm always thirsty 😂 The Halva icecream is a showstopper, I'm still dreaming about it!

Delicious Middle Eastern food, great service, good wine options. Lots of options for vegans. Both the restaurant and the rooftop bar are great. Highly recommend

Food and service was absolutely amazing! The chargrilled cabbage is the absolute best you have to try it along with the lamb shoulder it was the two best things on the menu. Everything was amazing but those where the two that stood out. Our waiter was amazing with wine recommendations, food and desert and the entire staff made sure we where taken care of. I can’t wait to come back to this amazing restaurant.

Had dinner at the restaurant and been here multiple times! The food is always amazing and consistent each time I come. The service is amazing and I love love love the lamb shoulder!! Took my mum here for dinner she’s literally complained everytime I’ve taken her out to dinner it was the first time bringing her to Babylon and the first times she’s ever said to me WOW this is the best dinner I’ve had out - she usually says “I can make this better at home” anyway your missing out if you don’t eat here!

Great place for who is working in the city and wants to have a quick bite or something to drink with friends/colleagues.
I came 3 times but always ordered the same things, as they were really good.
I recommend hummus with pita, falafel and gozleme.
