rebel Mid City

Paolo was a breath of fresh air. Walking into the store I was greeted with a simple hello. That's all it takes! That's the assignment and Paolo understood it. As a former Rebel employee and now business owner, this is something I hold so dear to me and I am so glad that mid city has Paolo as their store manager.

Had an excellent experience when buying shoes today at rebel. Sales assistant Franco was very helpful and patient. He was able to suggest some really good shoes that fit my style and needs. Will definitely be back. Also some good sales!!

I go to this Rebel store a lot because it's next to the Virgin Active gym on the top floor of Mid City Mall Pitt St. The store is massive and is U shaped with 2 entrances and lots of cash registers. There are different sections to the store and caters for mulyiple sports. The staff are helpful with shoe advice

quite busy during lunch periods but generally if you know what you are after its a quick visit not waiting in long queues

An excellent store where you can find discount on good shoes such as ultra boosts if you have rebel membership. Anyone can become a member so it’s super simple.
I had Carl help me out with shoes and he was super friendly and helpful.

Knowledgeable staffs and they are not pushy with the sales which i really appreciate. Came in to exchange the shoes and staffs were very helpful in helping me to pick the right size. You guys are legends!!! The store also has a wider range of clothes and running gears compared to the other one nearby. Will come here regularly for running gear shopping :)

I had some sizing issues for my sons birthday presents that I had purchased online, and Chrsitine was so helpful exchanging them. Nothing was too much trouble and she did it all with a smile. Nice to see someone that enjoys their job.

he was very professional and friendly, as I purchased a running shoes 6 months ago and it was faulty, he showed a top customer service to replace it for a new one. Very happy and highly recommend this store.

I didn't really know what to expect because I'm not into sports at all. Didn't need any active wear was just there with a friend. We were looking for jerseys. They had a good selection of them but kind of pricey and not too many for New Zealand and Australia. Good atmosphere and clean though.

I have found shopping in the city between Christmas and new year insane and unpleasant, shopping at the Pitt Street Rebel was an exception to this. The experience was great, all the staff there are wonderful, I cannot commend them enough, really genuine and helpful. I thought they were really well trained and a credit to the brand. The layout of the store was also easy to navigate and the sales were fantastic.

I specifically wanted to buy some trackpants, but I couldn't decide on which ones to buy. Christine helped me and gave me good advice. Narrowing down the best ones that would suit me as I was looking for the warmest ones for winter.
Definitely great customer service. I would visit this Rebel again.

5 stars for Aaron from clothing. I enquired about the availability of a FC Barcelona’s shirt. Rather than asking me to check the website, the gent searched it on the floor and held it on the side for me at the front desk. He was patient and genuinely tried to help out. Good service.

The staff member who served me today went above and beyond to help. I bought a pool noodle purely for the purpose of cutting it to fit the top of my sons crutches after he fractured his foot the day before.
I wish I had asked the young man’s name who took the noodle out the back and cut it for me. He was an employee that Rebel should be proud to employ! Thank you so much for your kind assistance.

I went in this afternoon and was served by two staff members Christine and Taheira who helped me very much with all my needs at closing time. Outstanding support and effort.

On another occasion, Greg and Brayden helped me greatly in finding the most suitable shoe for me.

Mid City store staffer Kyle gave me fine, friendly, personally tailored service today on replacing my shoes - if only there were more like him around town. Thanks man xxx

Alfred Assisted me today selecting Basketballs to buy and a Good Quality Tennis Racquet based on my needs. His In Depth Knowledge of the Product and Recommendation of Racquet based on my play style was extremely Helpful! Honestly Such an Amazing Person! Great Conversation and Amazing Service from Beginning to End. Good Looking too ! :P
