Mixed opinions.
GREAT customer service, QUICK delivery. I had accidentally put in the wrong address and was promptly contacted by the customer service team to amend my mistake. Once processed i received up to date notifications on the delivery of my order.
I purchased the 'Santos Bracelet Set' and 'Small Velvet Roxy Bow'. Both $30 a piece.
I was slightly disappointed by the quality of the items for the price point and feel i could have gotten the same products from a high-street brand for less (such as LOVISA).
The velvet bow had not been 'sealed' to prevent fraying, and there were a few stray threads. However, I easily sealed this myself using a lighter.
As for the Santos set, the curation of colours and textures is nice. However the elastic it's been threaded on seems very flimsy. I have a small wrist and am concerned with even the slightest stretch it may break all together. And the star-shell bead is fake. And looks it.
In saying that, they weren't advertised as real.
I bought in to the RJA brand because i love Roxy's aesthetic and design, but was slightly disappointed by the quality. It is very much 'you get what you pay for' and perhaps i expected a little much.
Having said all of that, i will continue to shop at RJA but will keep this in mind. RJA seems to have coupon codes fairly often, thus adjusting the price point.
