I love this restaurant I have been going there for years and years and without doubt they seem to impress me every time. There is alway something new and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, as it can be for a crazy girls night and we can have a family night as well. Definitely recommended.

I phoned The Spot on Saturday to ask for a booking at 8pm. I was told, no need to book- just walk in and we will seat you. I arrived at 8pm and was spoken to so rudely by unwelcoming staff. When I requested a table for two, I was asked if I had a reservation- I said no. They said no, we cannot seat you. I explained that I had called three hours prior, they said, we don’t take calls and insisted I never spoke to anybody. I took out my phone and showed them in my call log that I did indeed have a conversation with them and they continued with their rudeness and told me that I never spoke to anyone and that they have been booked since midday. Arrogant staff with no customer service skills. No idea how to manage customer expectations.
