Very friendly and helpful reception staff were able to fit me in last minute with Dr. Kumar when I had a terrible ear infection. Dr. Kumar has been wonderful at investigating my issue thoroughly, explaining the process with me, and arranging follow up treatment. Excellent care!!

Fabulous old-school clinic that’s all about sensible, no-frills, personalised care for a clientele that’s mostly cash-strapped and frail. Skilled and thorough doctors (f and m) who bulk-bill, a pleasant little waiting room, and a strong sense of community. Cramped and overworked they may be, but a place like this beats those flashy, profit-oriented medical centres every time.

On Good Friday 2024 Poets Corner was open and a prayer for an issue was resolved on Good Friday, the staff are friendly and the doctors work very professionally and quickly here. Even if there are delays in appointments, Poets Corner have a friendly note which implies Poets Corner will treat you equally if the doctor finds a very serious issue with you, they will work through with you everything you need to do. I'd definitely recommend this clinic.

Good little practice, Dr Pankar is extremely knowledgeable, super respectful and helpful and caring and very patient with a good way of explaining things sometimes even with some humour, which makes seeing him super comfortable, regular doctor for my partner and myself, reception are very helpful with reminders, and very warm and welcoming as you walk in. They are very dedicated to helping us get the right booking times and explaining things

Reception is so friendly and Dr. S Kumar is very easy to talk to and helps you understand everything.

This is the best doctors I have been to in Sydney in a long time. The nurse was so kind and was very helpful with my situation. Very gentle with my wound and I’ve healed very fast because of it. The doctor was also awesome and very knowledgeable, he did an amazing job at treating my wound. I highly recommend this clinic, don’t judge this clinic by the way it looks! They are great!

Strict Covid procedures now. Wait outside press door bell. I showed my Negative Swab test and they let me in. Friendly staff. Dr Bains is always thorough and listens well. Dr Susana is OK she changed my dressing today.

Dr Susana is the best GP ever, she's extremely thorough and efficient at the same time. Excellent admin staff. The doctors always help me when I need the help even during holiday periods.

Both Dr S Kumar and the lovely ladies at reception are fantastic, and really went above and beyond to help me. Very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend. When I had to go to St Vincents for something, the hospital doctors also commented on how especially helpful Dr S Kumar and the reception team were in their liaisons. It’s such a small and overlooked practice, but they work very hard and really look after you.

The staff at poets corner have made me feel welcome with their warm and compassionate customer service, I feel valued and genuinely have a friendship relationship with my GP and fellow reception staff, I would definitely recommend this place as they have looked after me patiently since the covid lock down period to current.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. services that I receive from Peter is excellent. Dr. Paul J AMEISEN and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He’s awesome. It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcome.I have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

This is the most wonderful medical centre in the world, the staff there have been very helpful and friendly, and I have been getting a lot of help and support. Thank you to the staff for all your wonderful help and support. Coming to this medical centre, it feels as though I am coming to a second home, the staff here make the patients feel kike they are in a homely environment and they do whatever they can to give all the patients tentative and helpful, care and attention. I am truly grateful that I have been a patient here for awhile now and getting all the help that I need to address whatever ongoing medical issues I am currently facing with. I am grateful to be a patient of this medical centre and looking forward to continuing to come here for further treatment and support.
