Quick and friendly service, easy to deal with.

Bank teller was impatient and dismissive when serving me. They were unwilling to explain things or answer my questions.

Tried to get my home loan increased.

The request took 5 weeks to process, only to be told that rates have gone up so it is no longer possible.

How about processing the application sooner?

Better off using a broker than dealing with them directly.

I ended up going to this branch 3 times but they can't really workout how to get a personal guarantee for commercial lease. Over the phone they said i can get it over the counter. I went in and one of the girl said i need to have a letter so i get a letter. Next day i went in and they said i need a appointment and the guy who look over his computer for 10 min while i am waiting! I had my business and personal accounts with them. It was just waste of time!

Same as westpac. Rejected my credit card application for being an uber driver.
