Myhealth Potts Point

Some really fantastic Doctors in this practice. Dr. Tara Tran (currently on maternity leave), Dr. Chad Lim and Dr. Misaki Ikegame in particular. The Physiotherapist, Boshoi Hanna, is excellent. Very knowledgeable, empathetic and solutions driven.

Dr Rex Kwan is an absolute gem, I'm so beyond happy that I found him.

He's the first medical cannabis GP that I have seen that not only has a deep and thorough understanding of cannabis as a medicine, but is also clearly invested in finding the best possible medicines for his patients. He's super friendly and compassionate and makes you feel at ease, as well as giving you enough time to get across everything. It's also very nice to have a doctor respect my knowledge of my own body and my intelligence. I have a very complex medical history including hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and chronic pain, which he has quite a good knowledge of, but also understands that I have a lot of knowledge of my conditions and trusts my own experiences living in my body. That shouldn't be a rare quality to find in a doctor, but unfortunately it is. It's been wonderful to have such a knowledgeable doctor to work so collaboratively with.

Take note that this practice unfortunately doesn't bulk bill, but I can say that seeing Dr Kwan is well worth the price (and honestly he's cheaper than a lot of cannabis clinics that just don't care about you as a patient).

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Amanda Johnson. I had been struggling with health issues and bouncing between different doctors with no progress until I had an appointment with her.

Dr. Johnson's empathy, kindness, and expertise were evident from the moment I met her. She listened attentively, diagnosed my problem, and provided a tailored treatment plan.

I'm incredibly grateful for her promptness, willingness to hear me out, and the convenience of the center's location. It's clean, welcoming, and right next to the train station. Highly recommend Dr. Johnson and the Myhealth Potts Point GP Centre!

So far I’ve had great experiences with this clinic. Dr. Daniel Arlotta is lovely and has a modern approach which I appreciate.

Obviously paying a gap is not ideal but I completely understand that the doctors need to be paid, and happier to do so when the clinic is of a high standard.

Dr Chad and Dr Rex are legends. Amazing service, knowledgeable, very professional and they remember your medical history. You are treated as a patient, not as a simple number in the system.

The reception team has some room for improvement in terms of customer service.

Front of house team were super friendly and professional. Clean and tidy premises.
The Dr and tge team who I have had appointments with have all been genuine and in some cases have gone above and beyond to assist me.
I really appreciate this practice and even though I moved away from the area, I still return there for any checkups / appointments.

Never really felt inclined to review a doctors before but i can't recommend Dr Amanda enough. Super lovely, empathetic and thorough. Really listens to you and guides you through the process. Receptionists/pathology were amazing too and no longggg queues.

My first appointment I was running late and reception called to check on me and gave me instructions for how to find the place. After my appointment I had bloodwork done with a minimal wait. Dr. Arlotta was great and very friendly. The person who took my blood was super efficient. The waiting room and bathroom facilities appeared clean and bright. For my second appointment I was meant to come in, but I called and changed it to a telehealth appointment instead and it was fast and drama-free to do that. So far so good!

Dr Rex Kwan is a fantastic doctor and lovely human.
He really takes the time to explain things (leveraging simple, everyday analogies) and you can tell he deeply cares about his patients and his work.

He took all the right steps to help identify my issue and refer me to the appropriate specialist.

When Dr Chad moved to Potts Point, I continue seeing him as my Skin Cancer Specialist.Dr. Chad is the best doctor I’ve ever met, not only is he always welcoming, compassionate, but also diagnose what’s going on quickly and accurately which I would say is the matter of his ability to be a great listener and communicator. I am very grateful to be his patient.
The practice is very professionally run. The time of your appointment is almost always the time you will actually see the doctor. You can book appointments online. Doctors and nurses are friendly, professional and very helpful.

My partner and I have been seeing Dr Chad since he was at Macquarie. One of the best doctors in Sydney and has always taken care of us through just about every issue. This new clinic is being run to the highest standard and all the staff and doctors are lovely.

I've been a patient of Chads for several years. He was previously at MyHealth in Macquarie Centre. Both my partner and I followed him to his new practice. He's an excellent doctor, wonderful bedside manner, and extremely competent. He sends you to the best specialists if needed and always thinks outside the box. Would recommend him to anyone. He also has Kathleen McLaren in the offices as a psychologist which is a huge bonus as I'm her patient as well. Great practice and people. Always good to find a great doctor that truly puts his patients first.

The best doctors ever. The nurse is unbelievably lovely. All the receptionists are amazing and happy to work with you with any problems.The girls (plus one guy) all want to help and seem happy to be there, even if I call minutes before closing! Dr Chad always takes a few seconds to greet me in his very busy day even if I’m not there to see him . He seems to take great care of his staff and holds them to a very high standard, and he picked very well! Everyone is quite young and it just makes the whole place very approachable and less intimidating being a young adult myself. The level of professionalism is something I haven’t seen anywhere else. Not to mention the place is kept clean, modern and tidy. It also sits right next to Woolworths metro. Super easy to walk to especially from train station. I am so grateful this place exists!!

I've been to other myhealth clinics but Potts Point by far looks the best, well-kept, and well thought out of all of them. Potts Pointers are also lucky to have Dr. Chad, as he is brilliant at what he does - professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, always pleasant and good-humoured. They also have physio, psychologist, and a dietician, and visits are always a lot more pleasant than my experiences at other practices. All in all, highly recommended! :)

Dr Chad Lim is the best GP i've ever seen. He is punctual, knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and find a solution. I completely trust him with my family's health.
