Had an issue with a pair of AirPod Pros purchased during a recent trip to WA. Parker and her team were more than helpful, friendly and co-operative in exchanging them for a working set. Thanks very much and great taste in music too.

For me - this is the best JB Hifi outlet. It’s spacious and one is able to navigate the store easily. Friendly staff are always on hand for advice/help. I had an issue with an item I purchased (which had a JB Hifi warranty I purchased) but no documentation. With my name and mobile number, they were able to trace my original purchase and guarantee and had it fixed instantly with no added costs. Staff was professional and made it all so easy. Thank you!

Have purchased quite a few electronics and was lucky enough to be served by Henry.
Henry is knowledgeable and will give you the pros and cons without the BS/attitude. He is pleasant to deal with and an asset to the store.

The team in the audio/TV department are outstanding. Gave me a great deal on an LG 55 inch TV and speaker system. I've also bought TVS for my gym and speakers for my home in the past. Always amazing quality for an awesome price. I got a discount for 'being kind'. Message to general public : kindness needs to spread. You never know what it might get you ...

Bought an outright mobile. Staff members were very helpful and informative. My 16 year old had saved up for a new phone and the staff member that served us ( wish I could remember the young gentleman's name ) he was more than happy to explain all the phones to us so that my son was getting value for his money. Rather than pushing an expensive product which was not needed at his age. My son is so happy with his OPPO phone and now with change left over will be able to get some wireless ear buds. So we will be back soon to purchase some.

Helpful & friendly customer service from the minute I rang up the store to ask if a popular pair of headphones were in stock as they were out of stock in many other JB Hifi stores. I was able to get a price match (a saving of over $100) and Chad, a courteous staff assured me over the phone that he will put the headphones behind the counter for me until I can get there. It was well worth the 30 minutes drive to the store. Very happy customer.

Conveniently located on Oxford Street. Staff were all extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Staff answered all our questions in a clear and understandable way. Goods were found and brought to us quickly and efficiently, and then I was accompanied by the sales person through to the cashier. It was excellent service leaving me feeling that it had been a very good experience.

I was served by Ali, who not only had great product knowledge about laptops but also presented it professionally with clarity. His suggestions also led to me to purchase a case, various software and many more - attributes of a brilliant team member. This is the store to come back to.

This is my local JB Hi-Fi store and I bought a lot of electronic products from here since this store opened. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are competitive. The product range is great for a relatively small floor space.

Good staff. Friendly and helpful. Especially for mobiles, Chloe the manager has incredible patience and knowledge even for after sales which is often where things go awry. Highly recommended.

Awesome service and assistance with obtaining correct documentation for my NILS loan application. A different store close by treated me like a suspicious fraudster when explaining the required information they needed to supply me and lied by saying they don't do quotes for products and don't accept direct deposit payments. These guys didn't hesitate and were very professional resulting in 2 laptop sales now for both our NILS loans.

In the market for a new laptop and the staff there I found to be incredibly helpful, knowledgable and took each of my comments onboard before giving me a unique response. I'm tired of other computer stores giving the generic responses to make a sale. It's so see -through and frustrating.

Went in to Jb hifi Surry Hills with a problem with my jaybird headphones and the guy helped me out hassle free and replaced the item which was faulty. There was no stress and all was taken care of seamlessly. Great customer service which in most shops you just done get anymore.

It was wonderful experience, I really believe that this is a branch of JB Hi-Fi that I have received the fastest assistant yet. Service was very good, I got what I needed and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly which always helps. I will definitely be going there from now on. Very very good branch.

Don't usually buy electronics from retail stores because we have the internet. However, to get some noise cancelling headphones instantly, I bought some Bose QC20 (which broke on me twice - there are terrible build quality) and both times the JB staff and management helped me out. I ended up getting Sony wf -1000xm3 instead and so far so good. The staff here were friendly and efficient. Any major electronics purchases in the future will come from here. But never getting Bose again.
