Tod's - Westfield Sydney - Shop 3035

Had a great experience finding a pair of
comfortable loafers from Tod’s. I was assisted by Ming, who was very patient and attentive, and brought out multiple pairs of shoes for me to try on. Their shoe sizes are a bit different so it is best to try in store before purchasing. I ended up ordering a pair on sale from the warehouse, which was ready to collect from the boutique 3 days later. The whole shopping experience was smooth and pleasant.

Absolutely stellar service. I went in for a pair of black work shoes and the sales staff really went above and beyond to give me styling tips. I ended up leaving with a second pair of work shoes to match my other suit. I have nothing but praise for the staff at Tod’s for their meticulous service and product knowledge.

The store is very neat and cosy. All the staff members were very helpful and polite, highly recommend Presley who helped me pick out my size.

Talk about breaking the barriers to entry - I'm Victoria based and wanted a pair of Tod's with a 2 day turnaround (for an event). I called the distributor's head office (at 6:30pm at night) with the hope I could get a Victorian stocklist, no avail. However the distributor took my details (I would repeat at this point - 6:30pm) sent them to the retailer (Tod's Westfield) and the retailer called me 10 minutes later telling me they had both the style and size I wanted and they could express post it to Geelong (where I live) by COB Friday (which is when I needed it by). Tod's Westfield and they're Australian distributor have been nothing but delights even calling me the morning of post to confirm sizing and measurements. Absolute kudos to the fantastic customer service. I can't wait for you to start selling in Melbourne.
