After being treated like I was going to steal the bag, upon taking it up to the counter the lady looked at me confused and said the price and said ‘sorry can you pay that?’ I said of course and she simply pointing to eftpos machine. I had to then say that I was a member and she looked stunned and asked ‘you’re actually a member?’ Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Horrible service by an employee called Goli, does not give proper attention to the customer, she did not put the product in the package because she said she was busy, long waiting time until someone came to help me.
