Dulcie's Kings Cross

Cute intimate place, just what you want for a quiet chat with friends and to avoid mega pubs and poker machines. Great cocktails and a nice range of wine and snacks, plus good music. We went for an author discussion and it’s the perfect venue for something like that.

A gorgeous little oasis in the Cross. Wonderful intimate atmosphere, fabulous staff and an excellent and well-priced drinks selection. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking for somewhere quiet, relaxed and welcoming for a late nightcap or several!

A bar that is easy to miss and dismiss as yet just another door, is actually one of the coolest cocktail bars around the Cross! What once used to be a strip club now hides all manner of Australian only spirits including whiskey and gin. Lovely atmosphere and great drinks, this place is a hidden gem! Make sure to check out the bathrooms where they have put the original neon signs for extra character!

Great little stylish, atmospheric downstairs bar that only uses Australian products, honours the history of the neighbourhood with inventive drinks and all delivered with friendly and helpful service.

Best night ever! Staff are amazing, drinks are amazing and the atmosphere and look and feel of the whole place was beyond amazing.
We also did one of their cocktail classes, sooo informative and the staff member even changed a few little things around once he learned more about us, to suit us more. We had the best time and have been recommending this place to all of our family and friends.

We can't wait to go back!

Unique. This places uses all Australian ingredients sourced from local micro distilleries. Many of the spirits, aperitifs and liqueurs used I've never before heard of, let alone tasted. Absolutely worth a night of drinking. The owner is a super knowledgeable dude and his passion for boutique booze is on clear display. Will be back 100%

Did a cocktail making class here. Amazing service, better cocktails and fun vibe. Great present idea or for group activity. Definitely recommend the cocktail making class as a unique gift ☺ Also, I love that they only source from local (Aussie 🇦🇺) suppliers! ☺

I love everything about this underground bar. Bespoke cocktails on offer, cool ambience, relaxed and warm space to be in. Right in the heart of Darlinghurst Rd, very close to Kings Cross station. I can't wait to go back.

The home delivery service is an amazing response to the physical distancing restrictions. The cocktails are just as good as in the bar, even though you don’t get the bars ambience and the great chats with the wonderful staff. The delivery was super quick and the addition of glassware is genius!

Contemporary menu with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Encyclopedic information about the provenance of the alcohol. Perfect combinations of flavours. Sit at the bar if you're keen to watch your drink being assembled. Great ambience and cosy venue. Great place for a date or long catch up with a friend.

Loved it! Awesome spot, got a booth for 6 people on walk ins and the staff were super welcoming. Feels rare to get that in sydney these days. Great cocktails, all Aussie spirits and cool as fit out of an ex-strip club

Super cool venue, love how private it feels. A true hidden gem which will make you believe you've stepped back in time. Delicious cocktails, great service, fun music, and cozy couches. I imagine it would be even more spectacular when a show is on! Can't wait to return here

Massively underrated cocktail bar - which I kind of like because it means you can find a seat and don't have to line up! They have great service, great selection of drinks (not just cocktails, though they are great, and always being updater) and the vibe is very boudoir lush - with fun live music at times, or a playful playlist at others! Definitely recommend 🫶

Dulcies hosted my 40th birthday party and all the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. It was an excellent venue for my intimate yet theatrical affair. The manager Josh was particularly helpful in the leadup and planning stages as well as the party itself. My guests were extremely happy with everything, from the clearly labelled food to meet all dietary requirements to the delicious custom cocktail menu. Highly recommended!

Brilliant place, excellent service, drinks were perfection. 10 points to Nat for being an excellent host and making us feel right at home.

My first night here and could not be more impressed; the atmosphere, the welcoming staff, the amazing service, the incredible guests and performers - what a special place, I will definitely be back REGULARLY.
