Bing Lee

Two months ago my wife purchased a microwave from Adam, who offered to drive it to our place in his lunch break. My wife is five foot two in the old money and has the build of a sparrow. When he arrived he could see that i do not walk and so unpacked and fitted it in for us.
Well it has just packed up, heats nothing, so I phoned and Adam said he would try and get out here by Friday. Two hours later he knocked on the door with a replacement, again giving up his lunch break.
I've been into some stores where you barely get a greeting, Managers at Bing Lee you need to recognize that Adam offers the highest level of service to your customers, he is truly amazing. We will continue purchasing from you, and We have been spreading the word to all our friends.

My name is Trent, I brought a fridge at Moore Park store . I was desperate and need it delivered on a Sunday. The staff made sure the fridge was put on the truck and delivered as promised.
Very good service and great staff that are very helpful.

Exceptional service here, I can’t remember the salesperson’s name (sorry!) but he mentioned he has a daughter called Amanda (same name as me). He kindly helped me choose and put through my fridge purchase (& price matched) even though we walked in a couple of minutes before closing and the staff had to stay back which they did without complaining & were extremely helpful and efficient. The delivery was all organised by them and went smoothly. It was really outstanding retail service so just want to give a shout-out to Amanda’s dad 🙂

Salesman Adam was awesome, l bought a Westinghouse 9kg washing machine & because it's was so smooth & easy l decided to cross another thing off my list & pick up a printer. I will mention l went to good guys 1st but was ignored, same thing happened months ago when purchasing a dryer, ended up getting it at Bing Lee. l guess good guys don't need our business. Spent over $1,500.

After a terrible experience with The Good Guys in both customer service and more so their delivery men I was sceptical to go anywhere else. Both Jorg ( Salesman) and 2 delivery men that delivered my fridge today were absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Bing Lee Alexandria to anyone 😊

Great experience purchasing a dishwasher and lots of other random appliances with Khiem. His service and sense of humour is excellent. Working with him to get a dishwasher installed in my new place was made really convenient for me.

Although I was not in a rush for the delivery and had flexibility as to when I needed it, Khiem would still give me a call to ask if it’s alright to sell the last remaining dishwasher to another customer who needed it urgently. I appreciate his conscientiousness towards his customers.

The team here is very nice and friendly, but don’t expect them to attend to you the moment you enter the store as other customers’ query of appliances usually takes ages, so do try to understand the team’s difficulties in attending to every single person.

I love Bing Lee Moore Park. Always great, efficient service and the delivery teams go beyond the call of duty. This time I bought a fridge - easy, efficient purchase. The delivery team - Jamie and Alex were very courteous, professional and experienced. Measured the space before installation and made sure they could install without damage. The delivery was awkward because of stairs and space but Jamie and Alex were cheerful and capable throughout. I will continue making Bing Lee Moore Park my go-to appliance store.

I ordered a Bosch stick vacuum yesterday and it was ready to be picked up in less than half an hour. When I picked it up, the service was excellent, and the young man who put it in the car for me was very polite. By the way, the vacuum is really good too!

Bought a new fridge, helpful staff made everything easy. Bing Lee's delivery guy Joe from Run J delivered the fridge, he was very helpful calling 30 minutes prior to delivery. Carefully unpacked and placed new fridge and took our old one away. Highly recommended.

Moore Park’s store is up there with the best in our experience. Staff are super helpful (Kelly was amazing) and the one time we had to return something was easy.

Excellent service from beginning to end whether in-store or online. Best prices too. I've bought 2 Tv's, Bosch washer and dryer in the last 9 months and wouldn't shop anywhere else now. So much better than some other well known stores

The Moore Park Bing Lee store is very well run with good product range at a competitive price. I got the best price for the Smeg microwave oven i purchased yesterday. I ordered online with click and collect. It was an emergency when our m/c oven stopped working.The whole process was streamlined and efficient, taking about 2 hours. It was also a contactless pick up. We are most happy with this experience. Will be back again for sure.

Best price for the Omega range hood I recently bought. Click & collect purchase on Bing Lee website was pretty straight forward. Goods made available as promised. Reminder was sent to collect the goods and staff was helpful and friendly.

I was looking to buy a Samsung S5, everywhere was out of stock (Bing Lee, Harvey Norman and JB). One of the salesmen at Bing Lee (John) took the time to search around the other branches and call the manufacturer to find stock for me. He spent the time and gave me honest, polite, realistic expectations including lead times.

Even before the phone, the store is close to my work so I have gotten a couple of little things off them in the past and I have only found them to be helpful and efficient.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience in purchasing my phone off them. It is very refreshing to get helpful, friendly service for a good price.

I was very happy with the service I recieved at Bing Lee Moore Park. I purchased a kitchen appliance online and organised click and collect pick-up from the Moore Park store. Due to having a back injury, I was struggling to carry the parcel to my car. A lovely lady on the service desk helped me out by carrying the parcel to my car which was much appreciated. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Went to the Moore Park branch that afternoon, they had more stock than the other branch plus the person that served me spoke to me normally like I could understand English, so even though my first choices were not available, I ended up buying the next best things. Everything went smoothly, it was a quick transaction. Five stars
