Mark is a true professional and gentleman. I was faced with having to replace the damaged stone in my engagement ring and he did everything he could to source a similar stone and hold it until I could travel to Sydney to view it.

I had a great experience dealing with Mark through an insurance claim for my two diamond wedding bands. Needless to say that it was extremely disheartening to loose the items I treasure so much but the final products that I received made it a lot easier. The diamonds are of great quality, exactly the same colour and clarity to the ones I lost. Mark was also great at listening and accommodating to all my requests. He's quite personal so it's a pleasure speaking to him always. We'll definitely come back for our future jewellery needs.

I wanted an upgrade on the diamond and in the design, to make it more secure, which I was prepared to pay for.
