Had an amazing meal here as part of our honeymoon trip to Sydney. We were made to feel so special and the food was incredible. Literally can’t fault anything about this place! We had snails to start as wanted to try something new and they were great. Steak for main was the best steak I have ever tasted. Unfortunately no room for pudding but hoping one day we get chance to return!

It was our first meal at the 6HEAD waterfront restaurant in Sydney, next to Park Hyatt restaurant . The restaurant was full and we are lucky enough to get two seat from the reception with a great view .

We had ordered the steak, garlic bread and wine. The steak was so good and garlic bread was so special. But it a little bit expensive when you want to dine in here . But it worth it with the view and also the food was good.

Highly recommended to visit here but you may required advanced reservation for this restaurant .

We came for dinner to celebrate our babymoon last month and I'm so glad we did! It was a lovely place for an intimate celebration. The staff were very congratulatory and showed concern about if we were enjoying our meal. I loved how they had several mocktail options for me to choose from and what I had was light and paired perfectly with the hearty meal we had. Unfortunately, being 7 months pregnant, I was unable to fit a lot in my stomach in one sitting, but every single thing we had was delicious. We could tell they use high quality ingredients and cook with passion here. Our waitress was also very passionate about the mission of this restaurant and her enjoyment about working here translated to the service. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night, with the restaurant sitting in a picturesque spot across the water from the Sydney Opera House. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely come back again the next time we're in Sydney!

I had an absolutely delightful dinner with my wife. The meal was truly exceptional, particularly the XO prawns and the steak, which were nearly flawless. The service was equally outstanding, with a team of cheerful and amiable staff members.

Had an amazing birthday dinner at 6 Head. Great service as soon as we walked in the door. Loved the tablet with all of the drink options and details. View of the opera house was beautiful. Had delish escargot and steak with burnt butter mash and Brussels sprouts! Nice touch of happy birthday dessert as well. Would definitely recommend for you next special occasion

I went to this place twice with a large group and both experiences were absolutely pleasant.
The service was immaculate and professional. The plating of the food was appealing and the taste was flavourful!
Got entrée, main and dessert and all of them were so delicious.
Their ‘Signature Tomahawk’ steak was definitely worth a try!

i have been here several times. It is great place. It is good food, views and service. We hen they knows it is my son’s birthday. They organize the sweet plate for him. He was so happy. Fantastic.

We had such a wonderful experience and we were treated so well and so warmly. From the moment we were led to our table, to the point when the food was served, everything was done with professionalism & with warm smiles. The small gesture of removing a small dried leaf to make way for the main dish to settle on the table. Even the way that the waitress patiently & with such skill, took our photos. The way that our main waitress served us was great. It was real service!! The food - i can write an entire article on each component and how they just blended into a remarkable experience. I ordered the Wagyu Burger, but it’s not just a burger. It’s moist but not dripping, it’s flavourful but not overpowering. Everything was in pure balance - such a delight! What made the experience so touching was that small mention to Riley that it is my wife’s birthday. That made it to the Coco dessert where the plate had a “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate. That’s what you call attention to detail and outstanding customer service!! A pure joy of an experience for first time diners. We’d sure be coming back. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday so memorable ❤

Amazing place for lunch and drinks. The food is delicious, cocktails are amazing and wonderful wine list. ++ for the view, the atmosphere and the staff super friendly. It was a very good experience. Already looking forward to coming back.

What a fantastic dining experience!

First of all, the ambience is pretty amazing - right on the waterfront with views of the Sydney Opera House.

Next, the food was delicious. We loved the tomahawk and T-bone steaks we ordered but the lamb really stole the show! It was tender and juicy and the the aubergine it came with was delightful. Impressive wine selection from all around the world too.

Finally, the service was brilliant. We had a wonderful server who was attentive, funny, and was so helpful, especially with the young child in our (rather large) party.

Will definitely be back the next time we’re in Sydney! Highly recommended.

Nestled on the water front of circular quay wharf in the rocks with opera house views, 6Head delivers a steak experience that's second to none. With its dim ambiance and moderately good service, it's the perfect spot for a night out or a special celebration.

Highly recommend getting the tomahawk steak which is Cooked to perfection (medium rear) and bursting with flavour, each bite is a delight to the senses. Whether you prefer a tender filet or a hearty ribeye, 6Head offers a selection that caters to every taste.

Accompanying sides are equally impressive, recommend the peach and burrata, beef tart’e but. In all the set menu has a pick of the best of the bunch which burst full of flavour with each mouth full. And don't forget to pair your meal with a glass of fine wine or a handcrafted cocktail for the perfect finishing touch recommend the blue lagoon cocktail with diner and wine of your choice you can pair with steak.

This is a culinary gem that never disappoints. With its mouthwatering menu, cozy atmosphere, and attentive service, a must check out for a celebration or a date night to remember!

We arrived and quickly seated with an amazing view of the Opera House. Our waiter Ramón quickly introduced himself and made us feel very comfortable since the first moment. He constantly helped us and provided us an amazing service. When there was no burrata left, he got us delicious scallops that we had our eyes on. Also, he suggested to us a lovely wine that went really well with the main course.
We got the Dawes set menu and all dishes exceeded our expectations. The main dish, the Tomahawk steak, was presented to us before cooking and professionally carved at the table.
The only criticism we have is there was a large group next to us being loud and rowdy which was distracting during our last course. It would have been ideal if we had heaters near our section or something to cover the wind because by the end of the meal it got a little bit chilly.
Nevertheless, we had a fantastic experience and we would recommend this place to anyone else.

6 Head is hands down the best steakhouse in Sydney! Exceptional service and the perfect spot for celebrating birthdays. The Fillet steak is absolutely delicious, and don't miss out on their mouthwatering beef tartare and Burrata. A must-visit for steak lovers!

The quality of the food was 5 Star ⭐.The waiter we had was amazing and the service was outstanding. We really enjoyed the lunch with a beautiful view of Sydney harbour. Everything was perfect, our dining experience at 6Head was phenomenal and we will definitely dine there again!

What an extraordinary restaurant. My Fiancée and I enjoyed a super delicious six course meal which consisted of really generous portions, a gorgeous bottle of wine and cocktails here on Sunday. We are VERY pleased with the service, food, drinks and just overall experience. The service was immaculate, and we are so grateful for receiving the special gesture in our dessert. The staff members are so kind, thoughtful, easy to talk to, and very professional. We are definitely going back, and highly recommend them. Thank you for making our day extra special, we truly appreciate it.

This place was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. We booked online an internal seat but when we got there and saw the views we asked if we could change to outside and this was done without issue.

The waiter was lovely and friendly and was able to advise on the best steak cuts. The food was great, steak was cooked perfectly and they even gave us a free dessert as we were celebrating which was nice.

Drinking exquisite wine and dining on Sydney’s finest cuisines all while watching fireworks while being waited on by super friendly waiters.

For starters we had XO prawns and Waygu butter bread. Divine.
We had a steak each (we both chose salad) and shared Waygu potatoes. Way too much food for me yet it was so amazing I could not stop.

Easy access (no stairs) all outdoor tables had roofing “just in case”. Clean amenities. Plenty to look at to walk off your meal.

We both cannot wait to return again.

The main is 1.5kg tomahawk ($240)was tender and juicy with the perfect amount.
