Very fresh ingredients. They probably have the best toppings selections for Poke in town.

I love that all their toppings are well seasoned, not just chopped up and all. Plus they all go along very well together.

The miso eggplant and marinated mushrooms are my fave toppings to go!

There’s a reason why poke bowls are trending worldwide. Office workers are ravenous around lunch time and looking for a filling meal that won’t compromise on flavour or nutrition. The poké bowl ticks all these boxes. The base of brown rice, rice noodle salad, cabbage & baby spinach and/or zucchini noodles offers enough carbohydrates to fill you up. The flavours pack a punch, as the folks at Nudefish generously drizzle these bowls with their array of Japanese inspired sauces. Finally, these bowls are highly nutritious — given the plentiful medley of fresh vegetables mixed with the sashimi, chicken or eggplant. Starting at $14, these bowls will keep you very satisfied throughout the rest of your day in the office.

Quick Tasty lunch option, very "clean" tasting though. Could use some seasoning and teriyaki sauce could also be improved with a touch of sugar. However I understand why they've gone with this flavour palette. Will appeal to the very health conscious.
Bonus about this place is that it has its own seating where all the other food options don't. Definitely helps if you're in a rush or in a group and can't find seating.

The regular poke is more like a large.
If you're not feeling like a standard poke you can order a custom based on the options which work really well for those with specific dietary requirements.

High quality, next level poke. I like that the bowls are made to order and mixed with all of the ingredients I chose (I made my own bowl). I chose tuna, rice noodles, cabbage/kale, 5 toppings, even more crunchies (the coconut cashew crunch is soooo good), and the green godess sauce (which was a coconut milk, jalapeno, coriander based sauce omg). Generous portion sizes, worth every penny. Knocks all other poke out of the park.

Highly recommend Nudefish for healthy, QUALITY eating in Sydney CBD. The quality of their ingredients is unmatched and the customer service is fantastic. I love that I can build my own bowl.Fabulous catering options too!

Their spicy kale chicken bowl is the tastiest meal you can get in this food court. Full of flavour and yum yum yum!

Nice healthy bowl with lots of salad. Had the salmon, it was very well balanced with lots of fresh vegetables and crushed nuts (or peas). Quite expensive, but was a fairly generous serving, and within expectation for a "healthy" meal

Tried the tuna and salmon bowls. Both were pretty flavourful and nutritious. Only downside is that the portion of fish is very small - would recommend adding extra but that brings the cost up a bit too much for a regular lunch.
