I came thinking that I am gonna die of boredom throughout the hours but Lisa was such a fun and amazing teacher. She knows how to teach well so that students remember. I really appreciate the effort she put into the class. Couldn’t have asked for a better teacher.

Fast. Efficient and friendly. Had to redo my RSA after a number of years of not working in the industry. Great up to date information in regards law's a d regulations that have changed while I worked in another industry. Lisa was fun and boisterous and made the day go quickly.

Receiving my white card was a quick and easy process with Angela from Training Aid Australia. She made the course easy to understand, using her many years of industry knowledge and experience to communicate and demonstrate the information.

Lisa Johnson is a really nice and qualified tutor. She managed to make funny and interesting all that boring stuff about RSA. I definitely recommend

I took the RSA course with Richard as my instructor. He is a great instructor and it was a great experience getting the training by him. He may be a bit harsh at times, but that's mostly when people aren't paying attention or they don't follow instructions. He is helpful if you need any kind of help, and makes sure that you're learning how to actually be a responsible server of alcohol. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll be taking all my other training courses here if needed.

Best place to do your white card staff are really helpful and down to earth the Russian guy I said was a top lad an taught us perfectly

Great services, wealth of knowledge and used group discussion to apply such knowledge. Instructor was friendly yet stern when teaching, and allowed for a more professional environment. Assessment was decent and allowed for a seamless application of knowledge learnt. Would recommend for those wanting to obtain and RSA :))
