i had a very bad experience studying here. At first, i was very excited and motivated to study Early childhood, but i was demotivated here. could not contact anyone if i had any questions, classes were very irregular. Also, i checked with my classmate and came to know i was charged more than others for the same course. However i decided to withdraw my course and tried to contact via email/ phone for returning my course fees (AT least half amount) but i was told that they won't withdraw my money that i paid full amount and they won't give me credit for the subjects that i completed. i was helpless and amazed of their response. overall, please check carefully before joining. i am not satisfied at all.

To all the potential students, please find another provider particularly for your early Childhood Education and Care course. They are very charming to sign you up and then provide sub-standard quality of education. If you decide to leave, they will try their best to hinder the process of transfer. Bullying and harassment does not work.
