Absolutely satisfied. My Dell computer got screen display problem that need to be replaced. The Dell charges $490 for that, and it takes 14 days for part delivery and another week to arrange labor.
I came to this shop, the boss charged me $245 only, and then he ordered the part on Express post, and get in installed in 1 hour. So I got my computer back on the second day.
He said the part he intended to order is not available, so he has to order cheaper alternative, so he also give me $30 cash back for the price difference.

Take my laptop for a long time and they can't repair it

I took my laptop there for a consultation. On the front of the store you will see a sign that says 'no fix no charge'. Clearly what that means to this store is we will completely break apart your laptop and essentially make it a lot worse than it originally was to give you a quote, and then refuse to fix it when you decide that you want to go and see other shops to see if their price is lower. I didn't even ask him to repair the original damage I had come to the store for, just what he had done and he flat out refused. He broke all the hinges and now my laptop has to be stuck together with bull dog clips because the cost of fixing it is more expensive than just investing in another laptop. Seriously go anywhere else. ANYWHERE!!!!! The worst service I have ever experienced in my life!!!!!

Very dodgy shop. Bought hd and bag was open. Asked if hard drive was new and he said yes. Used crystal disk to check the hard drive and found out it was a 2nd hand part. Very disappointed at this liar.

Wanted to buy a simple display cable and then guy first told me it would be $10, when I said I'd buy it the price suddenly doubled to $20. Absolutely ridiculous.

Everytime I go here to repair something, he'll replace using second hand parts and you'll end up with more problems.
