Great service by Mohamad. Took the time and effort to place a good screen cover on my Galaxy Ultra S23 phone. The manager Linda was more than helpful after i contacted her and we explained my query. Well done guys. I like the store layout too. Highly recommended.

Just had an amazing experience with Ronin from JB hi-fi here at the virgin terminal at Mascot Airport. Had a problem with my iPhone and Ronan was amazing at trying to solve my problem and assist with accessories to improve my travel experience. I highly recommended Ronin as an assistant in the JB hi-fi network, and here at the airport.

Needed a new charger after my one stopped working conveniently before my flight (lol!). Shop employee was helpful after he said the option i had picked out had a better option, which i was happy to be told i was picking wrong lol! was happy to not have to be dishing out lots of dollars and am pleased with the advice. He also threw out my old charger for me so that was great thankyou!

Had a two hour delay for flight and was feeling frustrated when the most helpful customer service officer Ariz assisted me in selecting a set of noise cancelling headphones. He made sure that it was already charged and even helped me to pair it. Made my day and was the only good thing about getting delayed.

Alex (at the gate 30 store) did amazing, we called ahead he put the product aside for us was friendly not pushy sales man and was polite, friendly and calm when we had card issues. He even used it as a training opportunity for the other nice bloke who was new.

Tahlia from the store was very helpful and professional. She chased around and followed up with me to retrieve a receipt for a recent purchase. I appreciate your effort Tahlia, would have been impossible otherwise for me to walk into a domestic airport store for a receipt.

I bought Sennheiser ear buds in June 2019 and in Nov 2020 they started to malfunction. A Google search indicated that I could possibly have these repaired/replaced as they came with a 2 year warranty. I called the store as I couldn't find any purchase information on bank statements. The 2 gentleman that helped me over the phone went above and beyond to find a copy of my receipt, with limited information I was able to provide them. Subsequently I was able to produce a receipt and submit the ear buds for warranty repairs. Thank you for your assistance, it's greatly appreciated.
