I first attended Lou's Place when it was located in Kings Cross . If you are a woman and are in need of anything ...anything at all, Lou's place is a safe place for women or those who identify as ♀

Lous place is a safe haven for women in need or just need somewhere to get away for the day has free breakfast that stops around 9:30am everyday and lunch is at 12:30. Youve got different women that go from all backgrounds, they have activities a caseworker that can help with a few thing as well. Best to test the waters for yourself.

I love lou's place. It's a safe comfy environment.
They are all such helpful, supportive and caring women.
I have done courses/gained certificates, made jewellery, learnt meditation, had legal advice, been provided with furniture/clothes/make up/toiletries.
I've been given advice about a number of issues and been guided along the way.
Lunch is offered every day too :)

Every time I've been here and I've been coming here for over 20yrs, I have been welcomed with open arms by all the lovely workers and they go out of their way to make you feel like your apart of their family, you can walk in there feeling down, upset or depressed about whatever but by the time you leave your walking out of there feeling like a complete different person then when you first walked in

Always help me with free shampoo cond toothpaste an a nice lunch sometimes very often ull get little gifts a gift bag with all goodies I love the ladies here so grateful to have this service an non judgemental which is a must here they never do so easy going

This place does amazing work and although I don't go there, I love donating and seeing people less fortunate than me having fun and enjoying themselves.
