Highly Recommend!!!
The staffs were super friendly!
All the pizza flavor were so good! The pizza flavor was quite special and different with others, has a rich taste!
Our favorite was SFIZIOSA, but I think all the flavor will be good haha
Although we love the thin crust more, these pancrust pizza were also amazing!
We had a great night and definitely will come back soon :)

All dishes were incredibly amazing, and we truly enjoyed our meal. Service from the staff was 5 out 5. They even remembered us even we haven’t been there for a while.

Everything about Al Taglio is incredible. The pizza tastes amazing and their designs are full of innovation making their pizzas very different to others. Our waiter during lunch today was more than happy to explain the workings of each pizza as it was served to us and had a good chat with us along the way. And the general smell/atmosphere made is feel very cosy and a nice place to be. I'm glad they made it through Covid and will definitely come back for lunch bringing other people from work too :)

The shop was cozy and inviting and the aroma of freshly baked pizza made my mouth water.

The menu has a wide variety of options, but remember to ask the friendly staff for weekly specials, so you won’t miss out. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service.

Highly recommend this place to all pizza lovers out there!

Some friends and I went to al Taglio for the first time tonight and we all loved it, we have discovered a true gem. Service was great, having Silvio making our dinner very enjoyable but also the food was incredible. The combination of flavours in each dish was purposely and beautifully thought. We will definitely be back very soon

I went with my 2 adult sons. We didn’t have a booking and luckily were given the last available table. The food was superb. The waiter friendly and atmosphere full of guests enjoying their evening. We had an entree of toast with ricotta which was so delicate in flavour. The pizzas were like nothing we’d ever had before. We enjoyed the pizzas and would highly recommend this restaurant.

Third visit to Al Taglio but first post-covid. Always had high expectations and this place always met my expectations.

Not like one of those classic Italian pizzeria, Al Taglio has its mind rooted in creativity. The quality of the dough, technique of making and baking is top-notch. But what’s special about Al Taglio is its contemporary take on the toppings, over the years they’ve had some of the most unique combos you could ever find.

My personal favourite on the current menu would be the Sfiziosa, the smoked ham pairs perfectly with the tomato base and the paprika mayo, and the fresh mozzarella is a highlight that uplifts the texture and lightens everything with a lasting refreshing taste.

Looking foward to comeback again and trying out more impressive creations.

Amazing night and fabulous food. Silvio (owner) and Federica made us feel at home. Every dish was introduced, and from the top quality ingredients to the creation on the plate, it was art. Can’t recommend this more. Plus the “vitamins” for the road, limoncello with the chef himself 👌🏽.

The most amazing pizza experience in all of Sydney! The manager and staff were first class and made sure their guests had the best experience. From explaining the history of the restaurant to even explaining their own background it was second to none. I’d you are craving a pizza in Sydney, you must visit this local pizzeria and have a chat with the staff, I wish we can do it all over again! Cheers

It was my first visit to Al Taglio, I had high expectation due to many awards and recommendations this place has achieved and it did not disappoint.

The quality of the dough, technique of making and baking the pizzas and modern touch of ingredients and technique involved, everything was wowed for me.

We had carbonara pizza and potato pizza and pumpkin gnocchi and salad, all were amazing.

As a pizza lover Al Taglio gave me some hints on how the pizzas will evolve in the future and their contemporary pizzas will surely be more recognized highly.

Looking foward to comeback any time sooner. Ciao!

Some of the best pizza in Sydney, and different to the Neapolitan pizza you find at most popular pizzerias in Sydney.

The dough/crust at Al Taglio is phenomenal - very crispy on the outside, but soft and pillowy on the inside. A major bonus is that whenever I eat this pizza, I never feel bloated from the dough no matter how full I get (maybe due to the way it is proofed?).

In addition, the toppings are always fresh, changing often depending on seasonal availability.

Very highly recommend the diavola, al taglio, and quattro formaggi pizzas. The margherita is also great.

The birramisu / biancamisu dessert is also a must try. A great twist on the classic tiramisu.

Al Taglio is doing my favourite pizzas at the moment. So good. The Pea pizza with cuttlefish is one of the best pizzas I have had. I am glad they are so close to home.

I use to believe pizza its a difficult kind of food of innovate, in general pizzas are similar, and variations are not big between gourmet standards, but this place exceeded my expectations by far !! What a pizza !! It’s the most creative and delicious pizza I have ever tried, I can’t even describe in words, the flavors are incredible, and the crust it’s out of this world, you can tell that all the ingredients are fresh and juicy. Plus the place it’s very cozy, the staff is very friendly and the attention was very up to the point. Congrats, it’s definitely my fav pizza place in Syd.

Al Taglio is first class. I dined here recently with my partner, and we couldn't have enjoyed it more!

The quality of food and flavours was amazing! We asked for help with wine pairings, and Silvio made superb choices, which fit perfectly with our meals.

In all, highly recommended!

Amazing service, delicious Italian wines and some of the best pizza I’ve had in Sydney! Their crust is so thick but the pizzas have more than enough toppings so you don’t feel like you’re eating just bread. I tried the Diavola and the Carbonara pizzas, and while both were delicious, the Carbonara one was definitely my favourite. They also have vegan and gluten free pizzas, and on the weekends you can choose to have a wholemeal sourdough base for you pizza. Will definitely be back!

Really great pizza. The crust is crispy and super light. Won't leave you feeling heavy, being filled up on a thick based pizza. It's a relatively small restaurant, so booking ahead is advantageous or arriving earlier in the evening. Staff are very friendly and very attentive.

The best pizza shop so far. I dine in last night with a friend and the atmosphere was just beyond my expectations, charming waitresses with a friendly and accomodating owner. I felt like in italy again, I was astonished to the look and the taste of the pizza. Al taglio proposes a well-researched pizza and selections of the best quality ingredients that any restaurant around can only admire. As a result of a mixture of passion and knowledge meet up. We had lipari pizza and mediterranean pizza and we were speechless. Give yourself a treat of this deliciousness and let the party in your palate begin. Also vegan friendly. 100% recommended!!!!

Food was absolutely delicious, the staff was great, I went there with a friend for her birthday and she had a blast. Frederica is amazing and the waiters were so nice and friendly. Will definitely come back
