I've ordered from The Antenna Company multiple times and I have been continually impressed. Price is better than the competitors, and he has his mobile number on the site so you know he has faith in what he sells, mostly from Australian-owned companies! Matchmaster, Kingray, Satking, etc.

My last order was for equipment for some Starlink installations, and I got a call within 24h that he was out of stock of the custom insert he sells for the Matchmaster mounts he stocks; he advised me that he would dispatch everything else using a courier and he'd get the insert sent out as soon as they were ready for me, no delays at all. Had time for a quick chat about the industry and where it's heading, John is clearly knowledgable and patient - which is a refreshing change from so many other online retailers who seem to be almost faceless if you need support!

Price is right, dispatch is fast, products are and you can get on to a real human at the other end. Absolutely recommend!

John's integrity is such that he readily noted that I had mistakenly ordered some unnecessary TV antenna components and duly notified me about a related refund. I'm further impressed and most appreciative of John's very knowledgeable advice, competitive prices and prompt service. In short, highly recommended.

This is the first time I bought a masthead amplifier to replace my 10-year old weather-damaged amp. At first attempt of DIY-installation, I couldn't make it work so I've reached out to John for guidance. He was so very helpful - and even responded after work hours to help guide me to isolate-test the possible issue. John really knows his stuff - and the assistance he provided to me was really an excellent form of customer service. I highly recommend John's business and customer service. The relationship surely doesn't end at selling products (or warranty) - it keeps going until you make it work.

Had John around this week for antenna repairs. Very professional, courteous and affable, and punctual to boot. Turned into a quite difficult job, over multiple roof levels, but perseverance paid off. Reception is now picture perfect. You can confidently recommend John to family and friends. They will be grateful.

As I had dealt with John prior but never had to have him look at the set up where I live... at our new home John came and checked out the wiring and antenna and had the fault fix in a very timely manner prior to his visit the reception was not very good, now all is well.

I can happily say I was extremely pleased with the service I received from the Antenna Company. The installation was done professionally and the installer was friendly and and answered all my queries. He sure knew his stuff. He arrived at the agreed time, carried out the work promptly and cleaned up after he'd finished. Now we have quality entertainment at our fingertips 24/7. I'd thoroughly recommend these people.

John responded to my request for a service call promptly, being able to attend my home within 48 hours.

Upon meeting John It was clear he knew his stuff. He was concerned to solve our problems correctly. This he did so efficiently and even was happy to replace a broken roof tile which he had noticed.

John returned a few days later to check on things at my request and suggested that I wait until my aerial deteriorates further, before replacing it. I was happy and reassured to be dealing with someone who was not just interested in taking my money.

called John on a Saturday morning with my antenna problems. He was very pleasant, very thorough and extremely helpful. My problem was solved with a minimum of fuss and maximum expert customer service and advice. I cannot recommend him more highly.

The quality of the antennae bracket was far superior than anything Bunnings sell. I dealt with staff over phone and customer service was well beyond expectations. It has been installed now for 6 months and it is perfect. You will not go wrong with The Antenna Company.

Honest people in this industry do exist! I called John earlier in the week looking to replace a booster which stopped working, this faulty booster was sold to me by another company when I replaced the antenna 4 years ago which cost me around $500...I know you’re laughing... John asked me a few questions over the phone and gave some valuable advice. It turns out thanks to Johns experience my location that I didnt need a booster. I almost fell over backwards at his honesty, he could have simply sold me the booster like the previous company and I would have been none the wiser. This special person simply put his morals before profit and that deserves recognition in the modern world full of rip offs! Thank you John you have a client forever!

I had no idea what I needed before talking and spending quite some time on the phone. I was not rushed, nor pushed, and was shown great patience in helping me find the right solution for my needs. I placed my order, it was made up and dispatched the same day. A lead was made up for me, so I did not have to work out how to do it. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive, though the potions were given, in fact the final recommendation was not top of the range.

I have not come across an online purchase as good as this, whilst I don't have the product yet to comment on the quality, the service alone gives me confidence that it will be.
