IGA Local Grocer Terranora

I don’t normally write reviews but I was in-store when the Alik guy came back in to the store acting like a 5 yr old. He complained that a Specials ticket showed the 9th and as it was the 13th he gets the drinks for free, The staff ( 2 young females) offered to give him the difference between the “Specials price” and the normal retail price for the remaining 3 drinks cause he already drank one.

This bloke carried on demanding a full refund and to keep all the drinks. He tried to intimidate them and bully them into a full refund and when the refused he carried on like a absolute child, he snapped a Chiko roll or similar in half and threw in the store and stormed out.

The staff were sooo professional I was really impressed!! There’s no way this guy would have done this to a male.

Well done IGA, I’m sure you won’t miss him!

Super friendly helpful staff, really great service. And a surprisingly good range of food, lots of organic and gluten free stuff for a little IGA. Possible to drive around the back of the building to get to disabled parking spaces

Just stopped for a drink soft drink it's IGA it's got pretty much everything you need if you live up Terranora saves time travelling down to south Tweed or Tweed it's getting built out Terranora slowly losing its charm I remember when it was just farm's and bush and the only shop was everything bank post office groceries petrol and everything inbetween a good friend and I done the mail run out there every day in the 80s for the long term locals they'd remember a Ford Falcon XR GT 289 V8 myself and John or me and Carol speed limit out there then 100kms and hour stereo pumping fastest mail team in Australia lol fun times, IGA great little shop just bigger enough to hold what you need.
