Best customer service from any post office in Australia - Craig is the most helpful person you can imagine; nothing is a problem!

Absolute best customer service. I was served by a gentleman who went out of his way to tape and pack my photos to ensure I paid the least amount while keeping my photos from being bent. Thank you 😊

Exceptional service, in fact I barely lifted a finger while they picked the best packing option, sorted me out with some bubble wrap and proceeded to pack and prepare my parcel for me. Incredible care was taken to ensure my package was safe and secure, and the friendly staff used about 3 rolls of tape (very large package) and didn't charge me a cent! Very pleased with the service and will be returning for all future posting.

I moved to Ballina 3 yrs ago. It seemed to take most people, mostly women in the area awhile to accept me. Was it because I am clearly not wealthy? Something else? But Mel was kind to me from the first day I entered their shop. This meant a lot to me. Both give good friendly service. It's always nice to go into the post office 🙂
