IJK Computer Store Enfield

Dependable store with good service and good prices. Staff are always polite and respectful. They've been here for so many years, that it shows they are well managed and low risk store. Only downside is their website is basic and can be hard to navigate if you are not familiar with how they categorise products.

I bought a NAS and 4 hard drives from IJK just over two years ago as the prices were good (the best at the time?). One of the drives recently began to fail. I brought it in on Saturday to have it replaced under warranty. I was expecting back and forth between the shop and the manufacturer as I've had before at other shops. The rep behind the counter quickly tested the drive and confirmed it was faulty and I was out of there in 5 minutes with a replacement drive in my hands.
Overall a great experience.

A great place to go if you need some parts immediately. They have a variety of products, their prices are fair and I like their efficiency and the pay-grab-and-go in barely 5 minutes experience.

And, to be honest, I really don't care about the greetings some other reviews mentioned when I'm in a hurry to just get my things fixed so I can start working on what I need to finish real soon. They are helpful and not rude, and that's all I need. I mean, if you are not in a hurry, why not just pick a best deal online and wait leisurely for the delivery?

This store has it all and the staff are friendly and helpful. I am just a beginner when it comes to building computers, but the staff at IJK are always ready to help. They have a wide variety of products and services available and the order online option is perfect, you don't have to pay upfront or give any credit card details, you just order the product, place it in the cart, and click ACCEPT, and then when you get to the store, it is all packaged up and ready to pay for. Great work IJK, keep it up. I recommend this store to everyone. 5 stars.

I've bought PC parts from them twice and the speed of their service and competitive prices is phenomenal. You can expect the parts there for you on the same day for pick up, or a pc build finished in under 3 hrs. It's great if you just want to grab and go without the extra formalities of customer service. They are also very prompt with their emails (ranges between minutes-few hours) for a response.

They have built two custom PCs for me and the cabling work is impeccable. My first PC lasted 6-7 years from IJK (still in great condition now) without much maintenance or any upgrades! It's so easy ordering parts from them as even if they aren't in stock, they will order it in for you and you can expect prompt updates throughout the waiting process.

Just got some updates to my console, they offer a reasonable price with good efficiency, my order is completed in 3 hours.

I've been here a lot of times and yes it is quite a stranger experience but you get used to it. Their warranty service is great. Their customer service when buying is questionable as you order online then you bring a sent code to them and they will ask you to go to the counter where all the reserved items are. I only love the price range there but overtime I got used to the limited communications style of customer service they've adopted, I think it's quite quick and efficient so no complaints.

Always a fast and easy ordering process.

Initially I wasn't going to write a review, but then I read a few of the other comments about customer service, and the store being "bland". I'm honestly surprised that consumers care about such inconsequential things. IJK is not rude, or impolite; they're just not fawning over you like you might be accustomed to with major chain stores where management demands insincere interactions with customers.
I purchased some great products (unavailable elsewhere in NSW) at a great price. Delivery was arranged easily, and it was delivered fast. I don't know what those other people think "customer service" means, but as far as I'm concerned it means handling my transaction effectively, and politely, which IJK has never failed to do for me.

I'm an interstate customer & recently had a home PC built & delivered by IJK. Their customer service is fantastic & the build quality of my high-end system was perfect. Did not have a single issue with my purchase & they built the system exactly to the spec's I requested. If a part wasn't available, they ordered it in no problem. System was built & delivered within a week of my order - very impressive. Would recommend IJK to absolutely anybody, could no be happier with my system purchase from them.

Highly recommended computer store for all end to end parts as well as build and services. The service station is outstanding whom are able to fix, build and troubleshoot anything PC related. Good location with parking nearby. Must choose IJK for custom builds, parts and all accessories and peripherals. Good knowledge staff and good quality control system. Highly recommended.

Great price and great knowledge! Some reviews below mention about the customer service. From my experience, they are not rude or impolite. No eye contact is pretty normal for Chinese background customer service.
Probably not as flashy as some other retailers, but they help you get s*** done.

My favourite place for computers and parts as an IT pro. Their processes are well established and sensible. Service is quick and support is good. I like that all of my invoices are kept since I first started shopping here many years ago which is a great help for the inevitable HDD replacement and tax time.

The range is enormous and they will special order most things. Stock levels are accurate and they hold good levels on common parts and just enough for less common parts. Opening hours are also good which means I've been able to do my weekend projects without planning, waiting for backorders, shopping around and driving all over Sydney or significant compromise.

Prices are not rock bottom but they are reasonable which hopefully keeps them operating for many more years and makes my warranties worth something. They have updated prices when the items seemed too much over the current price and I was ordering.

Fantastic place for computer-related parts and accessories. They have a unique customer service process that you can liken to the process of buying something online, and then picking up from a warehouse. It's not quite Soup Nazi, but it is kind of impersonal.

If you have done some research and know exactly what you want/need - then you'll likely save yourself some money by buying it from here, and you'll be in and out in 5 minutes.

I have read a few bad reviews and thought I needed to share my experience.

Ordered my motherboard Sunday night (one of the cheapest/best prices on the internet for my part) paid via DIRECT DEPOSIT around Monday lunchtime, parts arrived TUES.

Next day delivered, awesome. I am also 80km away!

Been buying my computers from here for nearly 20 years. Back when they where affiliated with Umart. Sure they wont win any customer service awards for their charm, chatty customer service or their lavishly furnished outlet but its what they do that matters. But they are Good value and honest traders.

Classic brick and mortar store experience. Amazing, straight-forward service throughout the years and competitive prices considering the product range. Will always recommend for those wanting a middle option when tossing up between Mwave and MSY for those in Sydney, NSW. An easy recommendation to peers

Prices were incredible and I don't think the service is as bad as people make out. I had a really friendly lady and was able to pay by EFTPOS, no dramas. The other staff were a bit blunt but nothing actively unkind.

These guys really care about there customers. I received a CPU in a box that was 10 times bigger then the CPU box. The CPU box itself was wrapped in air bags and bubble rap and there were packaging peanuts every where. You could have dropped that box from a 2 story building and the CPU would be fine. Can't wait to do business with these guys again.

Received excellent service from the young gentleman working in the support and warranty section. Had a cable issue with my gpu and received outstanding service. Great local computer store!
