My Mechanic

Really wonderful customer service here, kind, patient and trustworthy. They were able to squeeze me in for a blue slip inspection last minute since my needs were quite urgent. My car didn't pass, but I truly appreciate the honesty and support I was shown especially as this is the first car I have owned in Australia and I am still learning. Highly recommend

He's a legend. I called in to 'My Mechanic' as some debris on the highway had dislodged a panel from the undercarriage of my car which made it hang down in front of the tyre. Bit risky on a long trip. The owner dropped what he was doing and fixed it immediately so we could continue our journey. Thank you so much. I'm sure any apprentice here would be well trained

Less than a week to Christmas and suddenly I needed a blue slip. I rang around and no one could help until I called my mechanic. As other people have stated they are absolute legends. Being from Sydney and just arrived for our holiday they saved the day by fitting us in immediately even though they were extremely busy already. Other mechanics were not even picking up the phone and had messages saying they were booked out. Thanks guys for your great service and can do attitude you saved our holiday. I highly recommend these guys.

The team at My Mechanic are very helpful, honest, and efficient. I recently bought a secondhand car, and didn’t realise my pink slip was due in a couple of days - they returned my call out of hours and squeezed me in ! They were polite , fast , and affordable. I would highly recommend this garage.

My Mechanic have always been good for me, most recently I was worried about my battery, so I drove down there and they checked the battery for me, at no charge, in the middle of their working day. (The battery was in good condition btw, was still thankful to have its health checked so immediately)

We put petrol in a diesel 4wd around 11am this morning-on a Friday and we’re stranded in Ballina on our way home to Coffs Harbour. After a mad ring around and being told by all other mechanics in the area it would be a 2-4wk wait I struck gold when I called ‘My Mechanic’. They had a cancellation the same afternoon and would try to fit us in to drain our fuel tank. NRMA towed the car there by 2:30 and we picked our fixed car up at 4pm! These guys were friendly, professional, empathetic humans who got the job done and didn’t charge the earth or attempt to rip us off. I can very highly recommend this business. We are now safely on our way home to Coffs thanks to My Mechanic. Cheers guys. Legendary service.

Absolutely so grateful for the kindness I was shown when my battery died. Being new to the area I know who my new mechanic is. These guys are busy and it was great to see. Remember food is rather important guys although you put customers above lunch! Thankyou

A car owners dream, especially if you don't know your way around a car. These guys are knowledgeable and friendly, but most importantly they're very transparent on what does and does not need to be worked on. They wont create work out of thin air, so if they call and tell you something needs fixing or a job becomes bigger than you were expecting, my experience is that you can take their word for it.

The owner was obviously very busy when we walked in, yet she smiled an said to person can I call you back, hung up, an then spent the next hour being honest an upright with the 100 or so questions I fired at her.
