I have to say a big thank you to Sam and the team at Ballina Automotive. When I rang and explained my issue, they said to bring the car in immediately, and lucky I did! Thankfully they were able to find the most cost effective way to repair the leak in my power steering hard line, and did it so quickly! I'm a Ballina local and have taken three different cars to these guys. I always use them because they always have time to see me and they always go above & beyond with their service. Even taking my car to get a wheel balance at tyre power. I see alot of reviews on here complaining about pricing, but you get what you pay for and if you want a rock bottom price you'll end up with a rock bottom quality job. And that's true of any industry. They've never fixed anything without calling me and discussing pricing and reasoning first. I recommend these guys if you want it done right the first time.

We were on our way to Victoria from QLD on a roadtrip when our alternator failed. We stopped in Ballina at Ballina Automotive Services before the battery was completely drained. These guys were really lovely and helped us right away, having the diagnostics and alternator complete within 1.5
hours, amazing service so helpful!

Such great service. I used to take my car there all the time and loved their service, prices and very friendly approach. Then I purchased a car which required that car be serviced at a specific mechanic in order to maintain the warranty. Fortunately it is now out of warranty and I'm back to Ballina Automotive!!!! Yippee. They have already fixed my broken door handle. They checked the problem, sourced a part and fixed it all on the same day for a great price. Highly recommend Dave and Aaron.

Saved us!! Just broke down on the highway in our kombi which we were then denied by a couple of other mechanics on the street but the men at Ballina Automotive were so kind and more than happy to help us. They had us back on the road in no time, thanks so much! Highly recommend their services!
